Project success has always been an important topic in the project management literature. One of the main discussions is concerned with how a project’s success is evaluated and what factors lead to achieving this success. Traditionally project success has been measured at the point where the project outputs are handed over, after the close out phase. Recently, questions have been raised in the literature as to whether we should be evaluating project success beyond the close out phase, to better account for organizational and societal outcomes. However, not much has been published about how the long term impacts and outcomes are measured. This is of particular concern in megaprojects as they often attract a high level of public attention and political interest, and have both direct and indirect impacts on the community, environment, and national budgets. In this paper the authors review success factors and criteria that are applicable to projects in general and megaprojects in particular. They identify the significance of evaluating outcomes and impact and propose an ex-post project evaluation (EPPE) framework for megaprojects.
Simplification of the structure and equalization of administrative positions is a bureaucratic streamlining program to realize fast, effective, and efficient public services, As is the priority program of the leadership of the president and vice president. The purpose of this study analysis is to analyze the effectiveness of the policy of equalizing administrative positions to functional positions in the Regional Secretariat of North Maluku Province. This study uses a descriptive analysis approach to explain and analyze the effectiveness of equalization of positions. The study data used is in the form of literature studies. The results of the study analysis show that the policy of equalizing administrative positions to functional positions has not been implemented effectively. The impact on the equalization of administrative positions into functional positions is still in accordance with the indicators of organizational efficiency. Administrative officers who are transferred to majority functional positions do not meet the educational and competency requirements required in the functional positions they will occupy, because the equalization of positions provides a lot of tolerance for the requirements of functional positions.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh atribut perguruan tinggi, kepuasan informasi, kepuasan pengguna sistem informasi terhadap kepuasan memilih perguruan tinggi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 127 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dalam pengambilan data. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier sederhana dan berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi statistik IBM SPSS versi 24. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa dari empat hipotesis yang diajukan terdukung dalam penelitian ini. Pada bagian akhir penelitian ini juga membahas implikasi, keterbatasan dan saran untuk penelitian masa depan akan dibahas dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Atribut Perguruan Tinggi, Kepuasan Informasi, Kepuasan Pengguna Sistem Informasi, Kepuasan Memilih Perguruan Tinggi
Online shopping has made changes in consumer behavior when shopping, especially in Indonesia, where online shopping continues to increase. For this reason, the question that arises then is how consumer perceptions are related to online shopping in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of consumer perceptions of online shopping in Indonesia, namely Tokopedia, Shopee, Bukalapak and Lazada. A total of 850 respondents throughout Indonesia were involved in this study. Consumer perceptions related to online shopping in this study are security, self-efficacy, usefulness, ease of use, quality of e-service (reliability, web design, trustworthiness, personalization and responsiveness), purchase intention and customer satisfaction. The distribution of the questionnaires was carried out using two methods, namely surveys and filling out via google forms which were then analyzed and analyzed using a descriptive statistical approach. The results show that consumers tend to agree regarding security, ease of use, self-efficacy, usefulness, quality of e-service, purchase intention and customer satisfaction. Only consumer perceptions have differences in views related to online and offline buying and selling. In addition, online transactions and privacy of individual data are still a concern for consumers. Finally, some limitations and suggestions for future research are also discussed in this study.
This study aims to examine the effect of motivation, physical work environment, non-physical work environment and job satisfaction on performance. A total of 63 respondents from Non-permanent Employees in the Regional Government of Ternate were surveyed in this study. The analytical tool used in this study is regression analysis. The results showed that of the four hypotheses proposed in this study, only hypothesis 1 was unsupported. Furthermore, at the end of the research results are discussed in this study.
