He current study investigates determinants of innovation success among Indonesian firms by exploiting Indonesia Innovation Survey (IIS) data. Currently, insights on on different factors that influence innovation success of Indonesian firms is relatively few. Therefore, the current study to shed the lights on such research gap. Using logistic regression, the impact of internal R&D, firm openness decision, government financial support, and appropriability condition on innovation decision is assesed. Subsequently, Tobit regression is employed to assess the effect of the independent variables on innovation success/performance. The study results show that only internal R&D that drives innovation success. Further, internal R&D along with the implementation of open innovation strategy and strategic protection positively influence innovation success new to the market. The study emriches innovation literature in developing countries context (Indonesia) on the broad factors that drive innovation success that previously remain unexplored.

This study is aimed to find out the investment strategy and investment performance betwen foreign investrors and domestics investror who have transaction in Indonesia Stock Excange. A Proxy used to see the Investment Strategy and Investment Performance in this study is the Trading Profit from transaction wich has been done by the investors. Investment strategy chossen bt investors can be seen from the investor’s tendency in doing some sales which contains some shareds with positive and negative valued trading profit. Investment Performance is seen from the investor’s capability in producing positive valued trading profit. This study used intra-day transaction data which are transacted by foreign investors and domestic investors. The result of this study found that foreign investors used a momentum when transacting in the stock excange and domestics investor using a contrarian when transacting in the stock excange. This study olso found that there isn’t defferent performance between foreign investors and domestik investors in stock excange transactions activities.

Lebih dari 1 tahun Covid 19 mewabah di dunia yang mengakibatkan banyak sekali perubahan mulai dari bidang kesehatan sampai bidang ekonomi. Salah satunya berdampak di Dusun Siyono Kulon Desa Logandeng, masyarakat disana juga terdampak akibat adanya pandemi. Dusun dengan luas wilayah 30.000 Meter, jumlah penduduk 535, 160 kartu keluarga (KK). Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini melibatkan seluruh warga desa Logandeng di Dusun Siyono Kulon, Gunungkidul, Yogyakarta. Mayoritas penduduk bermata pencaharian petani ini mengeluhkan adanya kesulitan dalam menjual hasil panen mereka. Selain itu penduduk setempat juga kurang memahami pemasaran secara digital serta pengelolaan keuangan dengan baik dan benar. Tujuan kegiatan ini yaitu menjelaskan mengenai strategi pemasaran digital dan perencanaan keuangan. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu dengan ceramah, diskusi dan pendampingan melalui YouTube dan grup sosial media. Materi yang disampaikan pada pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu strategi pemasaran digital dan perencanaan keuangan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah strategi pemasaran digital dan perencanaan keuangan yang menyeluruh oleh peserta.

This study aims to empirically prove the effect of long-term debt and operating cash flow in the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2017 on company investment opportunities. The analysis applied a quantitative method using IBM SPSS 20. The results of the F-test show that long-term debt and operating cash flow are significant to investment opportunities. While operating cash flow has partially positive effect on investment opportunities, long-term debt has a significant negative effect on investment opportunities. These findings of this study contribute to the development of scientific studies on the factors that influence investment opportunities.
