The main objective of this study is: a) identify and analyze to Sales Promotion and Product Innovation Effect on Costumers Buying Decision and b). To find and analyze Sales Promotion and Product Innovation Effect on the Decision of Costumers Loyalty Purchasing through Gedang Ganteng. Location Mayjen Panjaitan Malang. while the sample amounted to 100 costumers which is the minimum threshold for path analysis. The results of this study indicate that: questionnaires were used valid and reliable, sweet model used for predection good and getting better service sales promotion innovation product services, the higher the stronger loyalty through costumer purchase decision as well as the influence of the total variables studied amount 65% Key words: sales promotion, innovation of product, decisions making and loyalty.
The study examines the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) on Profit Distribution Management (PDM) with Return on Assets (ROA) as a mediating variable in Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS) for the 2010-2020 period. The population includes all BUS in Indonesia registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK), which successively reports 9 BUS financial statements. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that CAR had a positive and significant effect on ROA.On the other hand, CAR and ROA positively and significantly impact PDM. Else, ROA can mediate the effect of CAR on PDM. Information and evaluation of the company's financial performance minimize error decisions.
The main objectives of this research is: To find out and analyze the influence of website quality, trust in customer loyalty through customer perception. The research location was in Malang State Polytechnic, while the population of this study were all customers who had been online more than once, while the sample consisted of 70 customers who were selected according to the research objectives. The results showed that the data used was valid and reliable, the better the Web Quality and the level of trust the stronger the Customer Perception and the better the Customer Perception, the higher the Loyalty.The effect of the total variables studied was 14.16%.
Tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini, untuk: Meningkatkan pengetahuan (knowledge) kelompok sasaran dalam bidang manajemanen proyek, Menumbuh kembangkan sikap dan perilaku mental (mental attiude dan behaviour) ke arah kerja yang jujur dan efektif, Agar kelompok sasaran memiliki keterampilan dalam dalam melaksanakan manajemen proyek. Metode yang di gunakan adalah: 1.Metode curah pendapat, yaitu untuk menghimpun kebutuhan belajar sumber-sumber dan hambatan terkait dengan pendidikan dan pelatihan, 2.Metode penyusunan pecahan bujur sangkar (broken quare), yaitu untuk menumbuhkan kerjasama antara sesame rekan kerja, 3.Metode ceramah bervariasi, yaitu untuk memberikan informasi tentang manajeman proyek dan organisasi. 4. Metode kerja kelompok, yaitu memberikan kesempatan kepada kelompok sasaran untuk melakukan praktek dalam melakukan manajemen proyek dan organisasi, Pembahasan Masalah Kasus: Metode ini digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah/kasus yang mungkin timbul saat mengerjakan proyek-2 yang berbeda dengan proyek yang bisanya dikerjakan. Hasil Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini Pengabdian ini diikuti dengan praktek yang mempunyai tujuan membekali ketrampilan penerapan penerapan setiap kegiatan, meskipun dengan suasana nonformal tapi sangat relevan bagi peserta dalam rangka meningkatkan ketrampilan teknisnya. Agar pengetahuan dan ketrampilan dan aplikasi yang telah diberikan tidak hilang, maka perlu kiranya bagi Pimpinan untuk memotivasi anggotanya agar dapat berlatih dan dapat lebih meningkatkan lagi. Untuk lebih banyak memperdalam dan memperoleh ketrampilan yang lain maka perlu kiranya ditingkatkan kerja sama dengan lembaga perguruan tinggi khususnya sehubungan dengan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat.
The main objectives of this study are: a. To find out and analyze the significant influence between store atmosphere on Purchasing Decisions. B. To find out and analyze the significant influence between store atmosphere on Customer Loyalty through Purchasing Decisions. The research location is in the city of Malang, while the study population is all customers who have studied in the TogaMas store in the last three months, while the sample is one hundred. The results showed that the data used were valid and reliable, the better the Store Atmosphere and Purchasing Decisions, the stronger the Customer Loyalty with the influence of the total variables studied was 31.11%. This finding is expected to be beneficial for: a). For the Company, as input for decision making in determining business policies, especially related to marketing, especially as an evaluation material for the company. b). For Malang State Polytechnic, as input for improving the educational curriculum, especially in marketing management courses. c). For Advanced Researchers, a foothold can be used towards perfecting future research.
