Assessment is once of process study which is conducted to measure students by basic competency. Lack of reference to teachers for assessment dialog text make obstacles for giving assessment to students. This limitation made basic must be need assessment of development technique where can helping teachers to give an assessment. This research has a purpose to develop learning instrument assessment dialog of text Javanese Language. This research has used research and development methods, with five-stage of research, include identity potency and problem, data collection, design product, validation design, and then revision of the design. Collection data used by interviews andquestionnaires instruments. Result of this research in the form of authentic assessment learning dialog text Javanese Language. The assessment of instruments is a question of multiple-choice, task, work method/practice, and product. Result of validation has to show acquisition average score at the question of multiple choice 11,72 (enough) from evaluation expert and score 12,11 (good) from teacher expert, and while the average score assessment of tasking, work method/practice, and product 3,7 (good) from expert and 3,1 (enough) 2 from teachers. Repaired has done on the selection of diction, sentence structure, and repair choice answers.
EFEKTIVITAS LAGU-LAGU BERBAHASA JAWA UNTUK MENANAMKAN NILAI-NILAI KARAKTER SISWAAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan karakter siswa sebelum dan sesudah diberi pembelajaran menggunakan lagu-lagu berbahasa Jawa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian praeksperimental dengan desain one group pretest posttest design. Subjek penelitiannya 30 siswa PAUD Mutiara Hati Semarang dan lima guru. Data nilai-nilai karakter dikumpulkan dengan teknik observasi dan wawancara. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagai pertama, terdapat perbedaan karakter yang signifikan antara karakter siswa sebelum diberi pembelajaran menggunakan media lagu berbahasa Jawa dengan sesudah diberi pembelajaran menggunakan media lagu berbahasa Jawa. Kedua, perubahan yang terjadi menunjukkan arah yang lebih positif, yakni karakter mandiri, disiplin, cinta tanah air, religius, kerja keras, dan peduli lingkungan. Karakter yang paling konsisten mengalami peningkatan adalah karakter kepedulian lingkungan. Konsistensi tersebut disebabkan karena guru selalu membiasakan siswanya untuk selalu peduli lingkungan sejak awal masuk di PAUD tersebut.Kata kunci: karakter, lagu berbahasa Jawa, PAUDAbstractThis study was aimed at determining the differences in the characters of the students before and after being given classroom learning using Javanese songs. The study was preexperimental research with a one group pretest posttest design. The subjects of this study were 30 students and 5 teachers of PAUD Mutiara Hati Semarang. The data on character values were collected by observation and interview techniques. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and inferential statistics. The results show that: first, there are significant character differences between the characters of students before and after being given learning using Javanese songs. Second, the changes that occur indicate positive characters namely independence, discipline, nationalism, religiousity, hard work, and environmental awareness. The most consistent character that has increased is the character of environmental awareness. The consistency is due to the fact that teachers always familiarize their students with environment issues since the beginning of classes.Keywords: character building, Javanese song, early childhood education program
During the Field Experience Practice (PPL), many language errors were found in students' essays. This study describes the errors in Javanese language in the descriptive essay of the work of class X students of SMA N 12 Semarang. The approach used is a qualitative descriptive approach combined with the theory of language error analysis. The research data are in the form of descriptive essays in Javanese variety of manners. The source of this research data is the students of Class X SMA N 12 Semarang which contains language errors. The data were collected using the listening and note-taking technique, while the data analysis techniques used in this study were sorting and dressing techniques. The results showed that there were 4 language errors at the phonological level, namely 78% vowel phoneme errors, 17% consonant phoneme errors, 3% consonant addition errors, and 2% consonant reduction errors. Meanwhile, at the morphological level there are 6 errors, namely errors because prefixes are separated from basic words as much as 17%, errors due to suffixes being separated from basic words as much as 5%, errors in prefixing as much as 11%, ater-ater hanuswara errors 21%, diction errors as much as 24%, and reduplication errors as much as 22%. Kenyataan di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa guru-guru bahasa Jawa masih merasakan kesulitan menyusun karya ilmiah, padahal menulis karya tulis ilmiah merupakan kegiatan yang sangat penting bagi seorang guru dalam rangka memperolah angka kredit kenaikan jabatan dan peningkatan kualitas pengelolaan kelas. Berkaitan dengan kondisi tersebut, tim pengabdi berupaya untuk menjadi fasilitator terhadap permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh guru-guru yang tergabung dalam Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Jawa SMA dan SMK Kota Semarang untuk mengadakan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk workshop. Tujuan program ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman guru tentang menulis artikel ilmiah dengan topik pengajaran bahasa Jawa serta cara mengirimkan artikel jurnal tersebut melalui OJS (Open Journal System). Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, demonstrasi, praktik langsung, tanya jawab, dan penugasan. Keberhasilan kegiatan workshop diukur dengan indikator pemahaman sistematika jurnal, kemampuan menulis pendahuluan, kemampuan menulis hasil dan pembahasan, kemampuan menulis kesimpulan, dan kemampuan mengirim artikel jurnal secara online melalui sistem OJS. Hasilnya terjadi peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam 5 indikator di atas sebesar 26%. Rata-rata kemampuan awal sebelum mengikuti kegiatan workshop adalah 5,6 menjadi 7,6 setelah mengikuti kegiatan workshop.
The emerging problems dealing with learning Javanese script are conventional learning methods applied by teachers, lack of innovative learning, and less motivated learners to learn Javanese script. One of the solutions for the problem is developing a Montessori based learning model. It has several strengths compared to other methods, such as a joyful learning approach by playing a game and applying interesting media. This is an ADDIE Research and Development study with the following stages: analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate. The result was a product of the Montessori-based Javanese script learning model. The model components are syntagmatic, social system, supportive system, reaction principles, instructional impacts, and accompaniment impacts. Syntagmatic consists of the learning model implementation stages. They cover the introducing stage, recognize Javanese script, recall Javanese script, mention Javanese script, write words, read words, assess, and close. The social system consists of Joyful learning principles and asah (activity to train the learning material mastery skill), asih (activity that shows compassion), asuh norms (a kind, patient, and sensitive learning approach toward the engaged events). The model reaction principle puts teachers as directors, planners, observers, and evaluators. The supportive model system consisted of interesting learning media. Meanwhile, the instructional impacts dealt with the joyful, comfortable, and relaxing learning atmospheres and activities.
