Media sosial yang telah menjadi konsumsi bagi anak-anak setiap hari, Media sosial memiliki pengaruh terhadap sikap moral anak-anak. Nilai-nilai kearifan lokal sangat dibutuhkan untuk membangun karakter anak-anak di masa ini. Wayang Topeng Jombang merupakan seni pertunjukan rakyat yang menyimpan nilai Panji. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah mengkaji nilai-nilai Panji dalam Wayang Topeng di Jombang serta relevansinya bagi Pendidikan katrakter saat ini. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif analitis dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Pertunjukan Wayang Topeng Jombang ini merupakan onjek material, sementara kajian nilai merupakan objek formal dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumen. Analisis fenomenologi Creswell digunakan untuk menganalisis data penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai budaya Panji yang masih relevan dalam Pendidikan karakter saat ini adalah nilai kepahlawanan, nilai nilai pengabdian dan perjuangan, nilai kesuburan dan nilai asketis. Nilai-nilai Panji tersebut masih sangat relevan untuk ditanamkan kepada anak-anak sebagai penerus bangsa. Nilai-nilai Panji ini dapat dijadikan sebagai media pendidikan karakter yang berfungsi sebagai pengimbang lajunya teknologi khususnya media sosial yang sudah tidak dapat dibendung lajunya dalam kehidupan saat ini.

This study discusses the optimization of performance management at SMK Negeri 12 Surabaya. The purpose of this study was to describe the process of optimizing performance management at SMK Negeri 12 Surabaya and to find out the students' response to performance management training during the COVID-19 pandemic. It refers to a government regulation that prohibits face-to-face activities. However, during the COVID-19 pandemic, there were many innovations in organizing concerts. One of these innovations is the implementation of virtual shows. It was challenging to implement the concerts and rehearsal processes. Methods used in this study are a preliminary study or data collection of the target audience, material preparation, and determination of the implementation schedule, activities implementation, and evaluation design. A preliminary study or data collection of the target audience was carried out by listing the things needed by the training participants related to the training implementation. The data were obtained from a principal and teachers at SMKN 12 Surabaya. After collecting the data, the material preparation was conducted, including observation, discussion, and material identification. The activity results showed that the target audience's preliminary study/data collection went smoothly, and the data obtained were in accordance with what was needed.

Wiruncana Murca play is the only Panji play in the Mask Puppet Performance in Jatiduwur Jombang which still performances its dramatic structure after the Mask Puppet is extinct. Wiruncana Murca play in the Wayang Topeng Jatiduwur Performance in the past was used for nadzar rituals. When the Mask Puppet was rebuilt, the Wiruncana Murca play was performed in a different context, the Panji Festival. This study aims to analyze the transformation process of the Wiruncana Murca play with an adaptation approach. The scope of this research includes text and context. The research method is descriptive qualitative analytical. The data collection used is observation, interview, and document study. The analysis uses an analytical descriptive method. The results performance that the adaptation of Wiruncana Murca in the Wayang Topeng Jatiduwur performance was carried out because there was a different contextuality from the ritual cultural context of the Jatiduwur village community to the context of the National Panji Festival performance in 2017 in Kediri. The transformation was carried out by the stages of identification of story ideas, the embodiment of the text, the embodiment of the dramaturgy, and staging. Adaptation to the process of intellectual transformation is based on a new contextual approach using fidelity or maintaining the originality of the source. The original uniqueness of the existing art is still used as a source of inspiration or a source of reference used as material to develop new performance products. The adaptation of the Wiruncana Murca play in the context of the Wayang Topeng Jatiduwur performance at the 2017 National Panji Festival performances the creative process of mask artists. While the result is a manifestation of a new product from Mask Puppet in Jatiduwur Jombang.

Gending Kalongan Laras Slendro Pathet Wolu selalu identik dengan Tari Klana dalam Wayang Topeng Jati Duwur. Selain sebagai repertoar yang difungsikan sebagai aktualisasi simbol kekuatan doa, juga sebagai bukti bahwa garab menjadi penting dalam menyajikan gending. Namun fenomena Wayang Topeng Jati Duwur mulai kurang diminati, sajian Gending Kalongan juga ikut memudar. Hal inilah yang mendasari langkah rekonstruksi Gending Kalongan sebagai penguatan sajian Tari Klana menjadi fokus penciptaan. Langkah rekonstruksi merupakan metode penciptaan dengan membentuk kembali pertunjukan lebih komunikatif. Temuan data tentang karakteristik sistem nada Laras Slendro dalam Seni Karawitan Wayang Topeng Jatiduwur serta keterbukaan Seni Karawitan Wayang Topeng Jati Duwur menjadi bermanfaat dalam proses kolaborasi bersama dengan ragam kesenian di wilayah Jombang. bermanfaat untuk mengkolaborasikan lintas seni. Selain bertujuan untuk mengembangkan eksistensi dari Gending Kalongan, juga bermanfaat untuk kehidupan Gending kalongan bersama dengan Tari Klana Wayang Topeng Jati Duwur.
