The government has made tourism as one of the leading sectors in development. So that it makes all levels of government seem to be competing to develop tourist attractions. Tourist objects that have good selling points and are difficult to imitate by other regions are religious tourism objects and based on local wisdom. This research was conducted using a qualitative design to explore the management of religious tourism objects and based on local wisdom in North Sulawesi Province. Research data were collected through direct interviews, using google forms and utilizing google scholars and researchgate. Data analysis was carried out inductively and validity strengthening through focus group discussions. Research findings North Sulawesi province has tourism objects that can be developed through religious concepts and local wisdom. However, it requires improving the management of attractions/attractions, tourism marketing, infrastructure and accessibility, tourism facilities/facilities, managing resources, character and culture as well as community participation.
Bunaken Marine National Park which is very beautiful for its marine life needs to be maintained and preserved. Maintaining its sustainability requires the participation of all components of the nation, including the fishing community. This research was conducted using a qualitative design to explore the organizational culture of fishing communities in preserving the Bunaken Marine National Park in North Sulawesi Province. The research finding is that the organizational culture of fishing communities is considered to be able to support the government in preserving the national park. The fishing community organizational culture is meant to be an integrated life behavior based on norms and habits in maintaining kinship, applying deliberation and consensus processes in decision making and cooperation which in its implementation reflects local wisdom.
The implementation of restrictions on community activities as a government program that is implemented nationally in suppressing the spread of Covid 19. Restrictions are carried out on work, school, worship activities and social interaction with the community. This study uses a qualitative design in understanding the effectiveness of the program through the achievement of objectives. Data were obtained by conducting direct interviews and using google forms, making direct observations in community activities. Data collection is also done by means of a narrative review of journals and other related documents. The data collected is then compiled, analyzed, and presented to get a systematic picture so that research results and conclusions can be obtained on the object of the problem being studied. The research findings are that the effectiveness of achieving program objectives by implementing restrictions on community activities is carried out by work units that have personnel with educational and knowledge backgrounds who understand the program's objectives, can coordinate vertically and horizontally with other work units, and are able to implement collaborative governance.
