This article aims to analyze the implementation of the learning project based on PAI learning in increasing the creativity of students at school SMK Ma’rif NU Gresik. This article used a field research type of research using a descriptive qualitative approach, data collection is obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, the researchers conducted the validity of the data with a credibility test model to increase persistence in research. Data analysis, namely data reduction, display, and conclusion. The subjects in this study were the head of the madrasa, Deputy Head of Curriculum, Islamic Religious Education teachers, and class students XI SMK Ma’rif NU Gresik. The results of this study are as follows; 1) The implementation of the Project Based Learning learning model in improving students' communication skills, activeness, and creativity in fiqh subjects includes learning planning which includes three stages, namely introduction, core activity, and closing; 2) The supporting factors for implementing the Project Based Learning learning model are professional teachers, positive student motivation, adequate educational facilities. The inhibiting factors are the different levels of students’ abilities and the lack of time allocation.
Some of the themes discussed in this study include: knowing the miniature of Sharia, the field of Fiqh, Islamic governance, and Political Asylum. Some of the conclusions generated from the discussion regarding the Competence and Jurisdiction of Islamic Law include: First, it is necessary to know that there are two dimensions in Islamic law which are closely related to each other, namely the divine dimension and the Insaniyah dimension. Second, as a derivation of the two dimensions contained in Islamic law, then Islamic law is divided into two parts, namely Islamic law as a product of Law / Fiqh or fiqh as a science, while the second is law as a social institution. Third, fiqih as a social institution This then gives rise to jurisdiction in applying Islamic law so that the next discussion that becomes important is the concept of constitutionality in Islam with all its articulations concerning Islamic constitutional politics.
This article aims to analyze and describe the implementation and implications of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) for orphans and street children at the Berkas Bersinar Abadi Lamongan foundation. This article uses qualitative research with a case study approach. The subjects in this study were the head of the foundation, members of the Islamic religious education supervisor, orphans and street children. The results showed that: (1) Islamic religious education for orphans and street children at the Berkas Bersinar Abadi Lamongan foundation was divided into three trainings; Akidah Education, Moral Education, and Moral Education, (2) the implementation of Islamic religious education for orphans and street children at the Berkas Bersinar Abadi Lamongan foundation which is applied to objects of development such as religious values or religious values with good morals or noble character, congregational prayers, recitations and several other forms of religious activities as exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad and his companions. (3) Positive implications; can interpret the two sentences of the Shahadah. Forming children's mental and character, and always being grateful for every gift He has given in this life.
