Islamic banking has enormous potential considering that Indonesia has the largest Muslim population in the world. The current performance measurement system for Islamic banks is still financial and non-financial, and there is an imbalance in the actual value of the company because it views financial and non-financial measurements as two important things that are not correlated. A comprehensive performance measurement system is urgently needed considering that Islamic banks must be able to follow market developments, such as the Balanced Scorecard. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of the financial, customer, internal business, learning, and growth perspectives. Analyze which perspective is the most dominant in influencing the management performance of Islamic Banks. The results of the current research are Islamic banks in the growth stage towards the sustainability stage because they are supported by the application of goal-setting theory. Increasing employee performance satisfaction can be achieved by implementing an optimal system of leadership, motivation, and work spirit. This can be shown by the success of Islamic Banks in getting several awards from the business media.
Dalam era globalisasi ini, banyak perusahaan kelapa sawit yang harus mengikuti perkembangan teknologi. Dalam mengikuti teknologi terkini perusahaan kelapa sawit harus mengelurakan dana yang tidak sedikit sehingga terjadilah ketidaklancaran dalam arus dana perusahaan. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut bank menyediakan bantuan dana kepada perusahaan. Akan tetapi ada beberapa perusahaan kelapa sawit yang menggunakan uang tersebut tidak pada tujuan yang tepat sehingga pada akhir periode perusahaan tidak mampu mengembalikan dana yang dipinjamnya. Untuk menghindari hal yang merugikan tersebut maka bank harus memperhatikan pada hal kesehatan pendanaan. Kesehatan pendanaan sebuah perusahaan dapat diperiksa dengan memperhatikan financial supply chain perusahaan yang bersangkutan. Review ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan fungsi dari supply chain terutama dalam sisi siklus P2P dan O2C dalam pemeriksaan kesehatan dana. To overcome this the bank provides financial assistance to companies. However, there are some oil palm companies that use the money not for the right purpose so that at the end of the period the company is unable to repay the borrowed funds. To avoid this adverse effect, banks must pay attention to the health of funding. The health of a company's funding can be examined by paying attention to the company's financial supply chain. This review aims to explain the function of the supply chain, especially in terms of the P2P and O2C cycles in the health check of funds.
