Due to the influence of historical and regional complex factors, China's national economy and regional development are not balanced. In order to speed up the process of marketization of China's national economy, it must strengthen regional economic cooperation; synthetically plan the regional economic development to speed up the economic development of regional marketization. Based on this, the paper further analyzes and studies the impact of regional economic cooperation on the process of the marketization of China national economic.

Nowadays the world is in a perpetual progress and everyone should unconditionally readjust his own step in order to be in a dynamic market competition. Nobody wants to loose opportunity. Then, we found that it is time to change the old habit of dressing in schools of Benin. Education environment is very sensible not only for the parents but also for the youth scholars. Since almost a century our Benin schools provide tee-shirts to its students for physical education sport purpose. Most of people, our grandparents wore that, we wore that and till now students keep using the same shirts. We find this very old and would like to go through a peaceful revolution by introducing new products that show good looking of the scholars. When we find the soccer players on the air ground with their own jerseys, it looks smart and attractive, shows and expresses the unity and characteristic of a team heart, team work. We try to get that vision of things to introduce into the school environments of new products. We believe this work will help to improve the country's economy growth, employments rate and contribute positively to the social well-being of that Country.

Abstract-The present study was designed to study the risks of online P2P lending platforms. The aim of this study was to analysis the problem of online P2P lending platforms in theory, and then to propose some suggestion for the development of lending platforms. We provided a new perspective and context to study the risks of P2P lending platforms, based on different types of industries, i.e. private operation sector, bank sector, listed company sector, state-owned asset sector, venture capital sector. We also described the conceptual background and development of online P2P lending platforms in China. Then, the risks are listed from two sides in the industry of online P2P lending. At last, targeted suggestions are proposed for the development of online P2P lending. To eliminate these obstacles of the healthy and sustainable development of online P2P lending, we find that, it can be set out from two aspects of internal and external.

Abstract:Psychologists in general, show interest in personal causation-how people organize, plan and bring change in their lives, how confident people feel and face new challenges. This research aims to investigate on employees' self-efficacy level in Chinese companies. It provides major points employees need in the development of their abilities. Questionnaires are provided for employees in "X1" and "X2" respectively Electronics Co.; Ltd, (Shenzhen) and Investment Management Co.L.td" (Beijing). We use excel to analyze the results obtained. The findings are significant and motivational. More than 90% of employees have positive level of self-efficacy to perform task given. The more employees in the companies, the lower self-efficacy on their tasks. Employees' level of self-efficacy plays a critical role and impacts on performance in the organizations. This study indicates a relationship between given tasks among employees-the high number of employees in an organization tends to reduce self-efficacy's level, and negatively influences on performance. This survey's limitations derived from unavailability of sufficient funds and language barriers. But questionnaire was orally translated in Chinese.
