This study aims to explore the value of local wisdom of Sarapatangunake in the implementation of government, especially in the ethics of public servants.how the impact caused by implementing these values. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are Observation, Interview, Documentation and Literature Studies. Techniques Data analysis in research is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results obtained in the research are to have a positive impact with the value of Sarapatanguna Wisdom (Pomaamasiaka; PopiapiaraPomaemaeya and Poangka-angkataka) are philosophical values embedded in cultural values that are full of meanings in the life of the Buton people that teach the importance of moral values that are applied to the implementation of government mainly in public servicescan foster mental attitudes, good morals so that the implementation of Government Ethics can improve the achievement of organizational performance is reflected in the attitude of government officials, especially in good and correct behavior in accordance with the values of primacy related to the nature, dignity, and dignity, problems of decency and decency reflected in the behavior of officials.
The type of research used in this study is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Three methods of data collection include observation, interviews, and literature study. Data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions are examples of data analysis procedures in this study. The results show that four indications, including targeting, outreach, objectives, and implementation monitoring, can be used to determine whether it is effective or ineffective. The implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Kadomoko Village, Kokalukuna District as an effort to alleviate poverty, according to research findings that it has not been targeted by using data from the center, it is necessary to update the data again and submit it to the center. (2) The companion party has carried out the socialization of the program implementation well. (3) Objectives The implementation of the program in several components has been going well, such as awareness of the importance of education, but this is inversely proportional to the awareness of the importance of health. (4) Monitoring of Program Implementation will continue to be carried out. Although there are some field constraints in its implementation, solutions are still being sought such as continuing to provide socialization about PKH.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1). Untuk mengetahui Penerapan Peraturan Pemerintah No.96 Tahun 2012 Tentang Pelayaan Publik di Pemerintahan Kecamatan Pasarwajo. Untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Penerapan Peraturan Pemerintah No.96 Tahun 2012 Tentang Pelayaan Publik di Pemerintahan Kecamatan Pasarwajo. Penelitian menjelaskan bahwa proses serta kualitas pelayanan publik, dalam hal ini pengurusan pengantar admnistrasi, KK, Akta Jual Beli Tanah, Akte Lahir, IMB dan SIU bagi warga masyarakat di Kantor Kecamatan Pasarwajo Kabupaten Buton sebelum diterapkan PP 96 Tahun 2012, pada umumnya kurang memuaskan dan masih perlu untuk ditingkatkan. Setelah peraturan tersebut diterapkan dengan menata kembali sistem pelayanan sesuai dengan standar operasional pelayanan publik, maka proses dan mekanisme pelayanan publik bagi warga masyarakat setempat telah berjalan lancar. kualitas pelayanan publik menjadi lebih baik. Terutama mengenai kemudahan pelayanan, kecepatan waktu pelayanan, keramah-tamahan aparat, transparansi biaya, tingkat produktivitas pelayanan, efisiensi dan efektivitas pelayanan publik. Hal ini dicapai karena camat membenahi persyaratan berkas yang disiapkan, kejelasan informasi prosedur, mekanisme dan alur yang harus dilalui, tranparansi biaya dan waktu pengurusan. Penyelesaian pelayanan publik yang cepat seringkali beriringan dengan beban biaya pelayanan, untuk itu proses ini perlu dirubah pelan-pelan melalui pembiasaan oleh aparat untuk bekerja profesional.
Peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat dalam upaya adaptasi dan mitigasi perubahan iklim berbasis ekosistem hutan mangrove bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kapasitas masyarakat, menumbuhkan kemandirian masyarakat dalam melaksanakan adaptasi perubahan iklim, baik dalam bentuk aksi nyata maupun dalam bentuk aturan aturan lokal, serta untuk menjaga nilai-nilai kearifan lokal yang dapat mendukung upaya penanganan perubahan iklim dan pengendalian kerusakan lingkungan secara umum. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini diawali dengan melakukan survei (pengambilan informasi) tentang persepsi masyarakat tentang dinamika iklim dan perubahan iklim. Selanjutnya mengenalkan program pegendalian dampak yang ditimbulkan oleh perubahan iklim melalui penyuluhan, serta membentuk Forum Discussion Group (FGD). Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah dapat memberikan stimulus kepada pemerintah desa dan masyarakat tentang pentingnya antisipasi dampak perubahan iklim. Selain itu memberikan kesadaran tentang pentingnya melakukan langkah adaptasi dan mitigasi untuk menghadapi dampak perubahan iklim.
This community service activity (PKM) aims to increase the understanding and ability of the Sandang Pangan Village apparatus, Sampolawa District, South Buton Regency, in village administration governance as regulated by Permendagri No. 14 of 2016 concerning Guidelines for Village Government Administration and Permendagri No. 20 of 2018 concerning financial management. village. To create regularity in village administration, it is necessary to provide assistance in the preparation of administrative reporting, especially good and correct village financial reporting management. The purpose of community service activities is assistance and guidance to government officials, using the Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) approach or Participatory Learning and Practice Process. PLA is a community empowerment method consisting of a learning process (training, brainstorming, and discussion). The results of this service activity are 1) Village officials have known and understood good and correct village financial reporting management, as evidenced by the results of the training in the form of a draft report document according to the guidelines from the Ministry of Home Affairs regulations. 2) Village administration and village financial reporting so far have not been in accordance with the rules for their preparation, disorganized and irregular that has been carried out by village officials, changed for the better with the creation of a report module that is structured according to village administration. For this reason, efforts to improve the ability of village officials require a scheduled training program so that their competence in preparing report governance will be even better in the future.
