Eco-friendly organic production for crop and food safety are currently important issues. For those reasons, developing of Eco-friendly formulation and application protocols have been challenging with various strategies. In this study, the effects of soil physiochemical property, microbial community and a disease suppression effectivity by Eco-friendly formulation treatment were investigated. The Eco-friendly formulation treated paddy soil showed increasing of available phosphorus content; before planting (27%), ripening (37%) and harvesting stage(5%). Also, hydrogen exponent was 0.5 higher than non-treated control soil. Eco-friendly formulation treatment contributed to increasing concentration of exchangeable calcium in soil. Total soil microbial biomass were increased as twofold by the Eco-friendly formulation treatment. Rice
