Zarządzanie dokumentacją elektroniczną to jedno z istotnych zadań współczesnej administracji publicznej. W artykule wskazano na konieczność stosowania przepisów prawnych z zakresu informatyzacji oraz instrukcji kancelaryjnej określającej sposób prowadzenia dokumentacji urzędowej w podmiotach publicznych. Opisano narzędzia teleinformatyczne w postaci systemu EZD, by pokazać, jak kształtowany jest obecnie narodowy zasób archiwalny. W celu usprawnienia procesu informatyzacji administracji publicznej przyjmuje się programy rządowe, np. omówiony w artykule Program Zintegrowanej Informatyzacji Państwa. Zaprezentowane badania dowodzą, że pełna realizacja elektronicznych usług administracji publicznej wymaga ujednolicenia zasad funkcjonowania systemu kancelaryjnego, w tym przyjęcia odpowiednich założeń i wdrożenia systemu EZD RP oraz szerszego wykorzystania ogólnopolskiej platformy komunikacji z administracją publiczną (ePUAP).

This study aims to maintain an overview of the functioning of libraries during a pandemic. and show significant changes in their role and importance. In addition, the aim of the work was to prove that in the traditional approach to interpersonal communication, libraries guarding knowledge and science, in the collision with modern technologies and a huge acceleration in the transmission of large amounts of information, must especially care for education and promote appropriate information behaviors among information users.The study mainly used the method of observation and analysis of available statistical data, literature sources and legal documents, guidelines and instructions as well as normative documents adopted during the pandemic. All changes in the functioning of libraries at that time were described on the websites of libraries in Poland and around the world and in scientific publications.

Records creator, archive creator and archive information user: mutual relations in view of the development of modern information and communication technologies The aim of this article is to examine the mutual relations between the records creator, the archive creator and the information user in light of contemporary developments in information and communication technologies. The study was carried out in form of desk-based research, analysis of the literature, analysis of legal regulations and reports of the Head Office of the State Archives for the years 2011–2020. The analyses have revealed a very dynamic progress of digitisation in archives, which has a direct impact on the relations between all participants of information processes in archives. The phenomenon of prosumption of archival knowledge, not yet described in archival science literature, was also pointed out. The article concludes that it is necessary to make wider use of the knowledge possessed by archivists and archive users in order to design new tools and methods for creating, developing and sharing archival resources in digital form.
