The fourth case of leiomyosarcoma of the epididymis is reported. It is suggested that radical orchiectomy, followed by frequent postoperative examinations, is an adequate method of treatment. Retroperitoneal lymph node dissection does not seem to be indicated.
A case of multilocular kidney disease is presented and the unusual appearance of tumor vessels is emphasized. The occasional coexistence of multicystic kidney disease and renal cell carcinoma in adults also is mentioned.
