The digitalization process of the modern economic system tightens the conditions for the functioning of enterprises. Domestic enterprises operate under severe restrictions on time, organizational and financial resources. Organizations are urgently faced with the need to increase the number of opportunities for developing key business processes in a strategic perspective. It is necessary to develop tools to support the adoption of a strategic choice of development priorities based on the use of analytic methods of a multifactorial information array aimed at creating an information data array that provides a single vector of strategic development of an enterprise (PJSC NII PM). The final informational array for determining the strategic development vector of the enterprise is primarily focused on the implementation of the strategy under resource constraints and target key performance indicators. In the course of consistent identification and formulation of the main goals through the definition of goals of a lower order, a hierarchical target system of development strategy is created. The phased digitalization of the domestic economy forms a tendency to increase the demand in the product markets for unique and technologically sophisticated products, which determines a significant number of possible directions for the strategic development of the enterprise. The recommended mechanism for supporting the adoption of a strategic choice of enterprise development priorities contains a number of measures aimed at achieving sustainable development. Formed array of priorities allows you to achieve the goals of forming the optimal integrated development strategy of the enterprise. Implementation of development directions is carried out through the formation and implementation of a development program that allows us to assess the required time intervals for achieving strategic development goals, sources of financial and resource support for the enterprise.
Crimes in the field of economic activity have become so common in society that crime in the economy has become the norm in the behavior of business entities. Economic crime in Russia at the present stage has reached such a scale that it really threatens the national security of the state. All this requires a detailed study of the individual elements of a crime in the sphere of economic activity and determination of methods for preventing economic crimes. Ensuring the economic rule of law is a guarantee of ensuring the economic security of the state in the future. Economic crimes committed at enterprises of various patterns of ownership are considered. The main type of economic crime is the misappropriation of assets (property), bribery and corruption are in second place, and finally, the third type of common economic crime in 2019 is procurement fraud. The amount of damage from economic crimes in large enterprises ranges from 100 thousand to 1 million US dollars. The main tools for detecting economic crimes in Russia are: the activities of the internal audit and economic security services; information technology protection and financial security of the enterprise; reporting suspicious transactions; the activities of the enterprise to manage the risks of losses from fraud. It is proposed to identify four levels of economic security of the enterprise: critical, low, medium and high. The optimality of the processes for managing economic and information security of PJSC VASO was assessed, which made it possible to single out the main functional components of the overall security of industrial enterprises. A comprehensive assessment of the level of economic threats of PJSC “VASO” as of 2019 was carried out.
The effective strategic management of the competitiveness of domestic enterprises directly depends on the understanding of the development prospects, mission, and vision of the company's future by top management and employees. Due to the modern conditions of a rapidly changing business environment, we have to find new ways of competitive advantage management and new strategies to be successful. The development of modern economic science is focused on the creation of universal methods and management tools and techniques that could ensure the competitive development of enterprises. However, the rapidly changing business environment is the reason for the occurrence of barriers, such as the absence of a clearly defined strategy, misunderstanding of tools and methodologies, inability to foresee prospects for developing, inertia caused by excessive bureaucratization of the management system.
Актуальность темы исследования. Глобализация мировой экономики позволяет текстильным предприятиям, торговать собственной продукцией по всему миру. Однако, для успешной деятельности на мировом рынке предприятиям необходимо выпускать продукцию, которая может конкурировать с лучшими мировыми образцами. Все это невозможно без качественной оценки производимой продукции. Постановка проблемы. Современные текстильные предприятия, проектируя новые виды продукции и выпуская их на рынок, испытывают сложности в точности прогноза потенциального объема продаж, вследствие отсутствия методического инструментария для определения конкурентоспособности, отличающего простой использования, точностью и высокой эффективностью оценки. Анализ последних исследований и публикаций. Методологической основой проведенного исследования стали труды таких ученых, как Д. Рикардо, Э. Чемберлин, С. М. Никитин, И. Ансофф, М. Портер, П. Друкер, Р. Уотерман, А. Стрикленд, Д. С. Воронов и И. М. Смолейчук. Выделение неисследованных частей общей проблемы. Несмотря на большое количество научных работ в области оценки конкурентоспособности продукции, большая часть из них имеет общий характер. С этой точки зрения, возникает необходимость, совершенствования имеющихся методик с целью их ориентации на продукцию текстильных предприятий. Постановка задачи. Основной целью статьи является описание и применение предложенной методики оценки конкурентоспособности продукции для текстильных предприятий. Изложение основного материала. В работе описана и апробирована методика оценки конкурентоспособности продукции предприятий текстильной промышленности. Выводы. В статье предложен модификационный вариант методики оценки конкурентоспособности продукции для предприятий текстильной промышленности.
