Current processes in the field of public healthcare — optimizing public healthcare institutions, formation of the market of paid medical services, changes in the legislation and in the requirements for qualification of healthcare workers — require new approaches in management. Today is needed not only redistribution of the volumes of medical assistance between different organizations, but also a review of the healthcare infrastructure, which should meet the needs of the population and ensure the quality of medical assistance. Introduction of Professional standards this year and transition to accreditation of all doctors and nurses directly affect the requirements for qualifications of medical workers. All this requires development of targeted training system in higher education and internship, creating a nationwide database of vacancies in healthcare organizations. The formats of work themselves and the requirements for employees are changing. The main task is to eliminate the imbalance in the distribution of medical workers by levels and conditions of medical care. Based on these needs, a new labor behavior of medical workers is being formed, which depends on many factors and needs a high-quality and in-depth study, not only in theory, but also in practice. This article presents the results of studies of the factors affecting labor behavior in the gender aspect. Labor attitudes and values, attitude toward work, labor activity, and job satisfaction are analyzed. There are presented the tools for both quantitative and qualitative analysis of the raised issues and formation of personnel reserve. The purpose of the article is to identify the gender aspects of the labor behavior of doctors at healthcare institutions using the example of Moscow. On the basis of the conducted study were identified qualitative gender differences and developed tools that could be used in healthcare organizations for analysis of personnel’s work, internal staff rotation, formation of personnel reserve.

The formation of financially competent behavior is not only a prerequisite for the effective functioning and development of the entire financial system of Russiya, but also acts as a factor of material well-being of citizens, a smoothing element of differentiation in income. Changes in economic relations, the complexity of the financial market, its structure and products, as well as the transition to digital rails have led the population to the need of developing skills in the formation of financially competent strategies. To implement such strategies, it is necessary to have a resource and intellectual base among the population, as well as opportunities for the formation of an effective ecosystem of interaction between all participants in financial relations. The study identified the main trends in the financial behavior of Russians in modern conditions, factors affecting the choice of certain strategies of financial behavior, as well as conditions for the transformation of these strategies into new forms of financially literate behavior. Among the main we can note the low level of financial literacy of Russians, if anything, this trend can be traced from year to year, due not only to psychological and cultural aspects of behavior (inherent in Russians fear, uncertainty and insecurity, laziness, stereotyping, and shifting responsibility to third parties), but with the increasing complexity of the financial market as a whole, erroneous conception of the essence of certain concepts, and as a result, the alignment of financial strategies in accordance with this interpritation, the spread of the phenomenon gaining momentum – misseling, and may also indirectly indicate the inefficiency of the current system of improving financial literacy of Russians. According to the analysis of secondary data, government statistics public confidence in financial institutions, income level also influence on forming financial literacy strategies, which is confirmed by the data of the expert survey conducted within the project «Institutionalization of financial literacy of the Russian population»
The Internet in the modern world is an integral part of the formation of culture and educational potential of society. The relevance of studying its influence on the individual and social strata of society is determined by its structural and functional capabilities: in fact, it becomes an institution for socialization of new generations, also actively embedded into educational systems. However, in terms of science it is important to understand what influence the Internet has on the formation of basic values, cultural characteristics, attitudes among young people, particularly in the field of financial behavior, which will form the basis of their economic activities and their common future. In this connection, the purpose of this study is an attempt to substantiate the role and influence of social media on the formation of models of financially competent behavior of young people (using the example of Moscow as the leading financial center). The main research methods were content analysis of social media, in particular the social network Instagram (analysis of the content of bloggers positioning themselves as experts in the field of financial management), as well as a mass survey of young people (carried out as part of the initiated by author project of the Laboratory for Study of Behavioral Economics at ISESP FCTAS RAS under the title "Financial culture of the capital's youth") and in-depth structured interviews with experts in the field of financial market and financial behavior. The results of the study make it possible to suggest the existence of a serious influence on the formation of financial culture and financial behavior of young people of the ontent that is popular in social media, as well as the popularity of social networks themselves as a source for the «extraction» of information in the field of economics and finance. This should be taken into account when developing a policy regarding social media activities, in particular bloggers in the field of educational, consulting, commercial and other activities related to increasing financial literacy, culture and formation of various models of financial behavior of young people for the purpose of legal regulation of such activities, because the broadcast content directly shapes not only the way of thinking, but also influences the practical choices and daily activities of young people.
