Tourism in Bali cannot be separated from the use of information technology such as the internet in this digital era. The use of this technology will make it easier for the visitor, both on tours and works, or known as digital nomad tourism. Ubud and Canggu are two succeeded areas in developing digital nomad tourism. Other tourism areas such as Sanur which also have coworking spaces, it is also potential to develop digital nomad tourism. Restaurants in the Sanur tourism area also have the same opportunity to develop their business into a co-working space. This research aims to develop a community-based digital model of nomad tourism in the local community of Intaran Sanur Denpasar in improving the welfare of themselves. The number of places suitable for this new tourism development in Sanur provides more space for business. The research was conducted with a quantitative approach supported by interviews and observations. The result shows three factors able to support the development of community-based digital nomad tourism, namely the entrepreneurial spirit factor in the digital world, the digital nomad tourism business factor as a new business alternative, and the ease of doing business. This research shows that communitybased tourism businesses in the Intaran village can be developed into a co-working space to support the development of digital nomad tourism.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh debt to assets ratio, deviden payout ratio, dan return on assets terhadap nilai perusahaan (price to book value) pada perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI sejak tahun 2012 sampai dengan tahun 2016. Metode penelitian ini adalah menggunakan desain penelitian kausal, dengan jumlah sampel 26 perusahaan selama 5 tahun. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Data yang telah dikumpulkan terlebih dahulu dilakukan pengujian asumsi klasik. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan uji t dan uji F pada level signifikansi 5%.Hasil analisis kuantitatif menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel debt to asset ratio (DAR), dan return onassets (ROA) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan dividend payout ratio (DPR) berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Secara simultan, debt to asset ratio (DAR), dividend payout ratio(DPR), dan return on asset (ROA) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Dimana 7.4% faktordari perubahan nilai perusahaan dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor dari ketiga variabel independen, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 94.6% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak dimasukan dalam model regresi.
Minat berwirausaha diukur dengan keinginan membuka usaha sendiri, motivasi dalam berkreatifitas, dan selalu antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan kewirausahaan. Pelatihan hard skill bertujuan untuk memahami konsep kewirausahaan dan pelatihan soft skill bertujuan untuk meningkatkan karakter wirausaha. Implementasi pelatihan hard skill dan soft skill yang telah dilakukan antara lain pelatihan make up artis, pelatihan International Culinary, pelatihan SPA, pelatihan Event Organizer. Populasi adalah semua mahasiswa wirausaha yang mendaftar sebagai peserta dengan jumlah 100 orang. Efektivitas pelatihan diukur berdasarkan analisis Wilcoxon dan menggunakan sampel responden berjumlah 30 orang, dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan hard skill dan soft skill berdampak signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Jurusan Administrasi Niaga, berdasarkan hasil uji yang menunjukkan Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05, di mana Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima. yang berarti terdapat perbedaan signifikansi antara rata-rata minat berwirausaha melalui pelatihan hard skill dan soft skill.
This study aims to determine the effect of perceived organizational support on employee organizational commitment. The number of samples used was 50 employees of MSMEs XYZ Denpasar through the saturated sample method. Data collection was carried out through interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. The results of this study have implications for the management of XYZ Denpasar to pay more attention to the indicators of perceived organizational support in order to increase employee organizational commitment.
Sanur as one of the tourist destinations in Denpasar has hotel tourist facilities, both star and non-star hotels. The number of star hotels in Denpasar City is 34 and 73.5% are located in Sanur. Hotel managers in this region need to carry out promotional activities to win the competition, one of which is through collaboration with the Online Travel Agent (OTA). Through OTA, tourists who want to travel can book rooms online on the OTA website, without having to contact the hotel manager to ask for room availability. Similarly, the ease of payment of rooms through this medium has made this reservation mode become more popular. The purpose of this study is to examine the factors which influence star hotel managers in Sanur to use OTA as a marketing medium and other determining dominant factors. The sample of this study was 72 people from 12 star hotels recruited using a purposive sampling method based on their positions from two departments (Front Office Department and Sales and Marketing Department) in each hotel, namely managerial level, supervisor and staff. The results showed that most of the sales of star hotel rooms in Sanur made use of OTA (32.05%) in addition to the Travel Agent and Direct Booking. The OTA which was used was predominantly Booking.Com, because it reaches the entire world, supported by the many languages used, namely 43 languages. The development of the OTA model needs to be done considering that there is a forum for General Managers who routinely hold meetings where they alternately become the Host. Through this model, contributions will be made to the Corporate Social Responsibility in the Sanur area, both in the use of human and financial resources for traditional activities and activities related to Hinduism.
