ABSTRACT Menurut Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO), per 30 April 2020, jumlah total kasus COVID-19 di dunia telah mencapai lebih dari 3,2 juta kasus yang tersebar di 213 negara atau wilayah. Total kematian akibat COVID-19 di dunia telah mencapai 228.000 atau tingkat kematian sekitar 7,1 persen. Data Puskesmas Padang Laweh Kabupaten Sijunjung tahun 2021 diperoleh 25.690 orang. Ada 15 orang yang dinyatakan positif Covid 19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dengan kesiapan masyarakat menerima vaksin covid 19 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Padang Laweh Kabupaten Sijunjung Tahun 2021. Metode deskriptif korelasi dengan silang pendekatan studi seksional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli 2021 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Padang Laweh Kabupaten Sijunjung, jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 100 orang, dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dan data yang digunakan adalah univariat dan bivariat. Hasil univariat dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 54% responden memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang tinggi dan 57% responden memiliki ketidaksiapan vaksinasi. Hasil bivariat diperoleh p value 0,001, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan kesiapan masyarakat menerima vaksin covid 19 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Padang Laweh Kabupaten Sijunjung Tahun 2021. Disimpulkan ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dan kesiapan masyarakat menerima vaksin covid 19 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Padang Laweh. Kabupaten Laweh Sijunjung tahun 2021. The research instrument used a questionnaire and the data were univariate and bivariate. Univariate results in this study showed that 54% of respondents had a high level of knowledge and 57% of respondents had unpreparedness for vaccination.
