Kemampuan berpikir spasial siswa perlu ditingkatkan dan diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran salah satunya dengan cara memilih model pembelajaran yang menuntut keaktifan siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh model pembelajaran EarthComm pada mata pelajaran geografi terhadap kemampuan berpikir spasial siswa SMA. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasi Experimental dengan menerapkan post test only control group design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 66 orang siswa yang ditentukan secara acak. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dari lembar tes kemampuan berpikir spasial yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Soal tes dirancang sesuai indikator kemampuan berpikir spasial dan materi geografi. Analisis yang digunakan menggunakan uji Mann Whitney berbantuan SPSS 26.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi (.000) dan nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen lebih besar (76.58) dibanding kelas kontrol (66.61). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran EarthComm pada mata pelajaran geografi berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berpikir spasial siswa SMA. Model EarthComm melibatkan siswa belajar secara aktif dan langsung dalam melakukan penyelidikan ilmiah yang terbukti mampu merangsang kesadaran siswa untuk mengetahui permasalahan dasar tentang kondisi dan letak geografis suatu kawasan.

Research Results: Hago Friends of Religion in their da'wah through the online game application Hago does the following things; strengthening effective management structures, presenting 24-hour da'wah content, namely morning migration motivation with Hago Friends of Religion, Morning Islamic study with Hago Friends of Religion, One day one juz, Live Evening Reflection with Hago Friends of Religion, Recitation of the holy verses of Al- Qur`an. Presentation of weekly or yearly content, namely Baca Rathib & Al-Kahf, Fadhilah of the Month of Muharram, Maulid Nabi Muhammad ﷺ, Religious month of Ramadan, and weekly evaluations.
Stunting di Indonesia hingga saat ini masih menjadi isu nasional karena dampaknya terhadap keberlangsungan kualitas sumber daya manusia, tak terkecuali di Desa Suniarsih, Kabupaten Tegal. Program yang diinisiasi pada kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata Tematik (KKN-T) ini bertujuan untuk membantu optimalisasi kinerja posyandu dan validasi data stunting melalui pemetaan digital sebagai upaya mempermudah penanganan kejadian stunting di Desa Suniarsih, Kabupaten Tegal. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui observasi dan wawancara pada 16 keluarga dengan balita stunting yang diambil melalui teknik random sampling dari empat wilayah posyandu di Desa Suniarsih, Kabupaten Tegal. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara kemudian dilakukan pengolahan data menggunakan WHO anthro. Hasil tersebut kemudian digunakan sebagai bahan untuk pemetaan digital wilayah persebaran kasus stunting di Desa Suniarsih dilakukan di 16 titik lokasi yang terpilih.
That is, Ikigai is a strategy in utilizing all the potential of human resources in dealing with life based on quality values. This model is oriented to the optimization of self quality leading to an increase in the effectiveness and direction of the performance of all staff, continuous improvement, and fulfillment of needs with the aim of self actualization for personality development as the root of the birth of superior resources based on four elements in Ikigai models namely: (a) passion, (b) mission, (c) profession, and (d) vocation. The purpose of this research is to find strategies to improve the quality of higher education human resources as a vehicle for preparing and delivering superior and quality human resources. This research uses descriptive qualitative narrative research design through cycle plan, do, check, and act. Analysis of qualitative data by finding trends in the process and results of actions. The validity of the data, carried out with four criteria, includes: credibility, tranferbility, dependability, and comfirmability. The benefits of this research are useful for state and private universities in managing the human resources of higher education as a strategy for optimizing the competence and superior quality of human resources.
