This study uses a qualitative methodological approach specifically examines the practice of managing Village Funds used for handling the COVID-19 pandemic. This paper examines the practice of managing Village Funds, especially in making changes to the Village Budget for activities to handle the COVID-19 pandemic and social safety nets in the village. This research is useful in providing an overview of the practice of managing Village Funds for handling the COVID-19 pandemic, especially at the beginning of the case and this research is also expected to provide views and insights on the factors that influence the accountability of village fund management. As well as as reference material for further research, especially in fields related to refocusing village fund management during the Covid-19 period. The research emphasizes the need for the Village Government in Pemali District to be able to provide understanding to the community regarding the use of Village Funds not intended as all Direct Cash Assistance (BLT). From the results of this study, it is hoped that it can provide benefits for various parties. This research is useful in providing an overview of the practice of managing Village Funds for handling the COVID-19 pandemic, especially at the beginning of the case and this research is also expected to provide views and insights about the factors that influence on village fund management accountability. This Empirical Research aims to look at the contribution and role of Management Village Finance by village apparatus, overall activities including planning, Implementation, administration, reporting and accountability of village finances and Funds Villages sourced from the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget are designated For villages transferred through the District / City Revenue and Expenditure Budget And used to finance the administration, development, Community development, and community empowerment based on Ministerial Regulation Internal Affair of Ministry Number 113 of 2014. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the device Village in district of West Bangka Regency about Strategies to create financial statements and manage a good budget, deliver Training on information technology for village apparatus, training documenting ways and orderly administration and ways of making numbers/codes and codes Documents / archives and others. The population in this study is all of the villages in Mentok and Parit Tiga District of West Bangka Regency while the sample in this study are geographically located villages in Mentok and Parit Tiga Districts of West Bangka Regency. This study uses Primary Data in the form of interviews and Secondary Data taken directly from Object of Research with statistics test. Descriptive and Quantitative Test Correlation (relationship) with Pearson Correlation between research variable.
Bukit Kijang Village is one of the villages that is classified as young in the Namang Bangka Tengah District. one of the flagship programs of the Bukit K.ijang village, which is farm-based agriculture on ex-mining land. To achieve the success of the program, it is necessary to make appropriate solutions for waste management to support the progress in agriculture. Village farms have 9 adult cows and 1 turtle calf so that cow dung produced is quite a lot. To overcome the problem of cow waste and household waste, one step is by making biogas from cow dung which can also produce solid and liquid fertilizer and utilization household organic waste in making biofertilizers. Mentoring activities were attended by Ladies of Family Welfare Empowerment, villagers and village youth groups. Both products produced are less than perfect due to equipment leakage and lack of shelf life so that the biogas and biological fertilizers that are formed are not perfect. So can’t to test the products.
Purpose: This study aims to determine the effects of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and attitude on the user intention of Indonesian Village of Financial System (SISKEUDES) in Bangka region.
Methodology: The data used are primary data collected through questionnaires distributed in the Villages Apparatus in Bangka region. The sample in this study consists of 100 respondents with accidental sampling technique. This study uses quantitative descriptive analysis with validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test (normality test, multi-collinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), and hypothesis test was done using multiple regressions test with SPSS20.
Results: In hypothesis testing, it is confirmed through t-test that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and attitude positively affects the user intention of SISKEUDES. The F test shows that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and attitude simultaneously have positive effects on the user’s intention of SISKEUDES in Bangka region.
Implications: This study implies that the use of information and communication technology can help employees to use SISKEUDES.
