To check the two Objectives of the study one exploring the impact of work remittance on economic growth and second is Impact of work remittance on private investment and total consumption, 25 years’ time series data collected from the Economic survey of Pakistan for the time 1984-2009. The methodology used for the analysis, is Regression model so for regression we have used OLS (ordinary least square model).the work remittance has positively related with the Private investment and total consumption which results increase in GDP and economic growth of Pakistan. This research favor the study of Burki (1991),Ahmad(1986), Charless (1989) Adam(1998) and Darry (2005) this research may be helpful for other low income countries, they can analysis the Workers’ remittances impact on Private investment and Total consumption of their countries to encourage the workers remittance. Developing countries may request to developed countries to soft police for work remittance in favor of their countries. This might boost their TC and PI which boost up the economy.
This paper determines a comprehensive definition of workplace bullying and explores its job-related consequences. In the present study multi-methods approach was used which consist of questionnaire and in depth interviews. Interview was used in order to investigate perception and experience of workplace bullying and questionnaire to explore the consequences of workplace bullying. Results show bullying involves negative behaviors e.g. harassing, socially excluding someone and/or negatively effecting someone's work tasks ,which occurs frequently and continues for period of time and victim is not only unable to control these acts but also suffer in severe health and job related consequences.
The aim of this study is to evaluate the impact of role model upon fan’s social view, political view, educational level, motivation and thoughts. Results of this study are drawn through a survey where Fatima Bhutto is taken as a role model and her fans are included in the survey. Research results proves that an ideal personality changes our thoughts, believes and ideas regarding our social, political, educational and motivational decisions.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the influence of women empowerment, microfinance involvement, and loan size on women satisfaction. To achieve the objectives through simple random sampling technique the cross-sectional was collected from 372 borrowers' and 372 nonborrowers' women's through questionnaire and later multinomial logistic regression was applied. The findings revealed and support the theory of adoption, which demonstrates that income increases satisfaction. Microfinance is a kind of money, which involves borrowers in small business and enables them to have money through doing businesses that increase borrowers' women satisfaction compare to non-borrower's women. More empowered women is more satisfied with life. Present study also found that the effect of microfinance involvement on women's satisfaction depends on their empowerment In the light of findings this study recommends that future researchers can examine the same model in the different culture. This study contributes theoretically, practically and politically.
The estimations above tell us about the minority household choice of religious verses non-religious schooling. There are various parameters effect household schooling decision we have estimated parents characteristics with school choice. We have found that school choices among different minority households are varied. Almost household prefer religious schools very few prefer non-religious schools because of looking bright future of their children. Income, parents education, general reputation, Value of Physical Assets, location and parents income is positively related but there is negative effect of employment status of mother on school choice may be because when mothers are working are working children specially girls are needed to take care of household. In the case of general reputation they prefer highly good reputed religious school on second priority they choose non-religious schools.
