Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh kompetensi (X1), kompensasi (X2) dan motivasi (X3) terhadap kinerja (Y) karyawan. Hipotesis yang diuji adalah: (1) terdapat pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja; (2) terdapat pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja; (3) terdapat pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja; (4) terdapat pengaruh kompetensi terhadap motivasi; dan (5) terdapat pengaruh kompensasi terhadap motivasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian asosiatif kuantitatif survei dengan menggunakan teknik analisis jalur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Solusi Inti Multiteknik. Dengan sampel sebanyak 105 karyawan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada PT. Solusi Inti Multiteknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi memiliki kontribusi yang paling kuat sebesar 45,10%,sedangkan 54.90%lainnya ditentukan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi yang baik, kompensasi dan motivasi yang tinggi akan meningkatkan kinerja para karyawan.Kinerja diasumsikan dipengaruhi secara positif oleh kompetensi, kompensasi dan motivasi yang berkaitan di PT. Solusi Inti Multiteknik. Kesimpulan penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kinerja dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi, kompensasi dan motivasi.
Rendahnya hasil belajar pada materi struktur dan fungsi tumbuhan pembelajaran IPA di kelas VIII-1 SMPN 4 Bolo semester 1 tahun pelajaran 2020/2021 dengan rata-rata nilai formatif tes siswa berada di titik 75.00 dan ketuntasan klasikal 78.00%, membutuhkan tindakan perbaikan pembelajaran. Penelitian perbaikan pembelajaran ini bertujuan menjelaskan dan menganalisis dampak penerapan metode resitasi dengan media gambar dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dan kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran IPA pada materi struktur dan fungsi tumbuhan di kelas VIII-1 SMPN 4 Bolo semester 1 tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII-1 berjumlah 30, terdiri dari 13 orang laki-laki dan 17 orang perempuan. Kriteria keberhasilan penelitian ditetapkan dalam hal prestasi belajar adalah ≥80.00 dengan ketuntasan klasikal ≥85.00%, dan kinerja guru untuk perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran adalah 92.00. Setelah pelaksanaan tindakan di siklus I, hasil pos tes menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa rata-rata 78.25. Nilai rata-rata ini telah mengalami peningkatan (+3.25) dan persentase ketuntasan meningkat (+2.00) dibanding sebelum diadakan perbaikan. Sementara itu, kinerja guru untuk perencanaan pembelajaran mencapai nilai 91.80 (+0.30) dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran ada di skor 91.88 (+0.18) pada siklus I. Prestasi belajar siswa dan kinerja guru masih belum sesuai kriteria keberhasilan sehingga perlu dilanjutkan ke siklus selanjutnya. Pada siklus II, hasil pos tes menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa rata-rata 85.55 (+7.30) dengan persentase ketuntasan klasikal 90.75% (10.75). Persentase ini telah memenuhi indikator kinerja yakni ≥85.00%. Dengan demikian pada siklus II ini telah berhasil mencapai indikator yang ditetapkan yakni rata-rata ≥80.00 dan persentase ketuntasan ≥85.00%. Sementara, skor kinerja guru menunjukkan skor kemampuan perencanaan pembelajaran pada angka 93.30 (+1.50) dan kemampuan pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada skor 93.00 (+1.42). Dan skor yang diperoleh di siklus II ini berhasil memenuhi kriteria keberhasilan yang ditetapkan. Dengan demikian, penerapan metode resitasi dengan media gambar dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dan kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran IPA pada materi struktur dan fungsi tumbuhan di kelas VIII-1 SMPN 4 Bolo semester 1 tahun pelajaran 2020/2021sukses pada siklus II, dan penelitian tindakan berhasil.
Background: Rapid business development encourages companies or organizations to optimize their human resources to face competition, especially in the health sector. This growth has led to an increase in labor demand in the health sector. Hospitals, which were previously social institutions, are now developing into an increasingly competitive service industry. Therefore, companies must have good human resources, because the progress of an organization cannot be separated from the existence and influence of human resources in it. Objective: The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of job training, work motivation, and occupational health safety on employee performance at Cibitung Medika Hospital. Methods: This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory or causal design, and is a cross-sectional study. Results: The results obtained in the study, namely job training, had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Cibitung Medika Hospital. Then work motivation was found to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Cibitung Medika Hospital. And finally, occupational safety and health have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Cibitung Medika Hospital. Conclusion: From the results that have been obtained, it is known that job training, work motivation, occupational safety and health have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Cibitung Medika Hospital. Regarding job training variables, it is recommended to the company that training is given continuously to each employee, it would be better if training is given from the beginning of employee placement so that employees can easily adjust to their new job.
The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of workload and work discipline on performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The number of respondents involved in this study reached 107 respondents. All respondents are employees at PT. XX, both employees who occupy staff positions and employees who have positions as leaders/managers of the company. This research is a quantitative research. Research data obtained from the results of filling out the questionnaire. The research data was then analyzed through the Partial Least Square analysis technique with the SmartPLS program. The results of the analysis using the PLS analysis technique provide the following conclusions: (1) Workload has a negative effect on job satisfaction; (2) work discipline has a negative effect on job satisfaction; (3) Workload has a negative effect on performance; (4) Work discipline has a positive effect on performance; (5) Job satisfaction has a positive effect on performance; (6) Workload can affect performance through job satisfaction; (7) Work discipline can affect performance through job satisfaction.
Those company's strategy in developing human resource management and work motivation as an effort to improve employee performance is absolutely needed at PT. SMF because as one of a company which engaged in financial . Its urges to have an employees who are competent on their fields so it would be able to improve those results which have been targeted and accordance to company's vision and mission. This research has purpose to explored the stages of human resource development strategies and work motivation for employees in delivered good performance results. This because most employees are working directly to the field and face to face with market conditions. Those analysis result shows that those strategy has been applied and implemented but still lowest in terms of work motivation because some employees who does not attend those training management their career paths are still not widely open so motivation still relying on bonuses with same value for each division.
