The paper is devoted to the study and development of an innovative strategy for the organization of production activities at enterprises for the economy sustainable development. It is noted that innovative strategies in the production process should be aimed at maintaining the traditional competitive advantage and creating an innovative competitive advantage. The economic approach to the content of innovations is essential; it implies the definition of innovations through their relationship with the economic sphere as a whole. Scientific and technological progress increasingly predetermines the degree and speed of development of industrial enterprises. It covers all parts of the innovation process, including fundamental theoretical research, applied research, design and technological development, the creation of new technology samples, its extension and industrial production, as well as its implementation into the national economy. The formation of economic processes at enterprises is directly related to the application of advanced technologies. Owing to innovative technologies, there is a multiple increase in labor productivity, materials with new physical and chemical properties appear. Innovations are one of the causes generating crises at various levels of the progress of socio-economic structures in contemporary production. Their realization should be carried out in combination with technological, organizational, financial, and personnel restructuring based on the conceptual growth of an industry or enterprise.
The paper is devoted to the study and analysis of modern trends of our time, such as globalization, the transition to a network digital economy, mobility, digitalization that encouraging companies to search for new competitive models of business management. The formation and development of a new strategy integrated with business and HR strategies becomes a prerequisite for future competitiveness by transforming the business from a traditional to a technological company. In today’s reality, digital HR management is inextricably linked to the formation and use of an innovative system for the introduction and dissemination of new knowledge, technologies and products at enterprises of the same region. Digital innovation in the human resources management system is a complete result of creative activity, which should be introduced into the labor market depending on the purpose. The paper identified the main reasons that impede digitalization in the field of personnel management, as well as the possibilities for their further solution, considered and analyzed the features of organizing a personnel management system at enterprises in the context of innovative digital transformation. The paper concluded that in recent year there has been an increase in the competitiveness of enterprises not so much due to new technologies for organizing production in the context of the transition to innovative development, but in terms of the introduction of personnel management methods using electronic digital technologies.
This article is devoted to the study and analysis of gradually and steadily penetrating new digital technologies into all economic processes of the country and regions, having a significant impact on the very essence of the economy. In most cases, the expanding use of modern information and communication technologies leads to the emergence and development of new effective management technologies, entrepreneurial practices, and successful businesses. The digital transformation of economic sectors is considered as a driver of regional development and the formation of the digital infrastructure of the regions. The article is aimed at identifying the problems and prospects for the development of regions in the conditions of digitalization, for this it is necessary: to analyze the index of the development of regions on digitalization, to identify the main problems of the development of regions in the conditions of digitalization, to assess measures for the digital transformation of regions. The article concludes that the digital transformation of the economy sets new parameters for the competitiveness of countries. The technologies of the "digital age" are changing production and business-models, principles and rules for the formation of value added chains, sales channels and interaction with consumers. The article notes that currently, enterprises of even traditional industries and technologies face not only the need to maintain competitiveness based on the use of information technology in the processes of organizing economic activity, but also the need to transform the entire business model. This determines the relevance of the development of an indicator reflecting the readiness of the enterprise for such a transformation.
