<div class="WordSection1"><p>Mentally retarded is a child who has intelligence below average. Mentally retarded children have an inability to take care of themselves, help themselves, communicate, adapt to the environment and simple skills. Mentally retarded itself has a high level of dependence on other people. Parents are one of the roles that are needed by children with intellectual disabilities in achieving their growth and development. Where the general reaction of parents when they find out that their child has special needs includes shock, shame and depression, and parents in having children with special needs usually try to reject the reality. For this reason, self-concept and parental resilience are very important in providing guidance and assistance to the child until he grows up. This study aims to see an overview of self-concept and resilience of parents who have children with mental retardation special needs. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive methods, the population in this study are all parents who have children aged 5-17 years, totaling 41 respondents and the number of samples in the study is 41 respondents with sample skills using total sampling and univariate analysis. The majority of self-concepts of parents who have children with mental retardation in the positive category are 24 respondents (63.2%). The majority of the resilience of parents who have children with mental retardation in the high category are 22 respondents (57.9%). This study aims to explore and explore in-depth the experiences of adolescents in using drugs. This research method uses qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach. The results of the study obtained twelve themes, namely: 1) The age of adolescents using drugs, 2) The initial causes of adolescents using drugs, 3) The frequency of drug use in adolescents, 4) The types of drugs used by adolescents, 5) How adolescents get drugs, 6) Adolescent's efforts to stop using drugs, 7) Adolescent's feelings after using drugs, 8) The expectations of adolescents who use drugs, 9) The impact of adolescents using drugs, 10) The effects of adolescents if they do not use drugs, 11) Youth perceptions of drugs, 12) Adolescent response when using drugs. This study aims to determine the effect of hypnotherapy on weight loss in obese adolescents. The research design used is a quasi-experiment. The results showed that 15 respondents (68.2%) experienced weight loss, and seven respondents (31.8%) did not experience weight loss from the statistical test results obtained p-value 0.001 with a correlation coefficient value of 0.682. Also, the p-value of the chi-square test results is 0.004. In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between hypnotherapy and weight loss. Keywords: Weight Loss, Hypnotherapy, Youth
Covid-19 is a very dangerous virus that attacks a person's respiratory system. This virus infects many people in the world. The process of transmission is by splashing the saliva of an infected person. Various phenomena are obtained from people infected with the Covid 19 virus, such as emotional disturbances, physical disorders, and psychological disorders. The aim is to dig deeper through the phenomenological study of survivors during the Covid-19 illness. This qualitative research uses a phenomenological approach. Purposive sampling technique for taking participants with the criteria of being diagnosed with Covid-19 for more than 5 days, undergoing isolation, being able and willing to share their experiences, willing to become participants. Data collection was carried out by in-depth interviews using interview guidelines, recorded with a tape recorder. The number of participants was 5 participants. Data analysis using Colaizzi analysis. The results of the study obtained four themes 1) Initial feelings when testing positive for Covid-19, 2) Body disturbances felt when infected with Covid 19, 3) Responses and reactions during independent isolation, and 4) support and motivation obtained while experiencing Covid-19. Suggestions for someone who is sick with Covid 19 needs a positive coping in undergoing isolation. Berbagai fenoma yang didapatkan dari orang yang terinfeksi virus covid 19 seperti gangguan emosional, gangguan fisik, gangguan psikologi. Tujuannya untuk menggali lebih dalam melalui studi fenomenologi Penyintas selama sakit Covid-19. Penelitian ini kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknik pengambilan partisipan purposive sampling dengan kriteria terdiagnosa covid-19 lebih 5 hari, menjalani isolasi, mampu dan mau mengungkapkan pengalamannya, bersedia menjadi partisipan. Pengambilan data dilakukan wawancara mendalam menggunakan pedoman wawancara, direkam dengan alat rekam. Jumlah partisipan 5 partisipan. Analisa data menggunakan analisa Colaizzi. Hasil penelitian didapatkan empat tema 1)Perasaan awal saat dinyatakan positif Covid-19, 2) Gangguan tubuh yang dirasakan saat terinfeksi Covid 19, 3)Respon dan reaksi selama isolasi mandiri, 4) suport dan motivasi yang didapatkan selama mengalami covid-19. Saran sesorang yang mengalami sakit covid 19 diperlukan suatu koping yang positif dalam menjalani isolasi. Support dan dukungan dari lingkungan baik keluarga maupun teman, dan lebih mentaati protocol kesehatan.Kata Kunci: covid 19; pengalaman; partisipan
The Care service is an itegral part of the health service included basic service and refered service. The care service done by paramedics are in the forms of care parented . Most petients complain that the medical personels often show unfriendly attitude and lack of interest on the patient needs with simple and careless services . some studies showed that around 33.58% of patient satiasfication was influenced by their perception on service quality . the objective of the research is to know the short time effectivity of them method on care service in Myria hospital.. It is a quantitative descriptive research. The research population were all of 46 paramedics in task the stayed care room. The research sample was the total population , as much as 43 paramedics. The research variables were the effectivity components, onsisting , of productivity, efficiency, and satisfaction. Data were analyzed by the univariat anaiysis on the three variables. The results of research showed that the good respondent productivity were done by 24 personels (44.2%), and poorrespondents productivity were done by 19 personels (55.8%). On the efficiency,variable 23 respondents (53.5%) showed poor efficiency and 20 respondents (46.5%) showed good efficiency ,and on the satisfaction variable , 15 respondent (34.9%) showed high satisfaction and 28 respondents (65.1%) showed low satisfaction. Based on the research result, it is recomended to the Myria Hospital to make some efforts in increasing working productivity by giving a chance to its paramedics to follow some training and higher education programs.
