Furthermore, the principle of smart city is transforming outdated method to industry 4.0 approach. Hence the innovation can be started by developing website on Rambang Kapak Tengah Regency. The study makes use of 2 methodology; observation directly to the site to gain potential data and desk study to deepening the analysis of using digital platform on government administrative. The implementation of digital platform as one of smart city's criteria will provide easier access for people to get information and at the same time deliver accurate information.
Toddler Nutrition Status Is a state of balance or manifestation of nutrition in the form of certain variables. The high incidence of malnutrition in Suka Makmue Subdistrict is centered as the main target in improving nutrition. The objective is to analyze the Knowledge Study of Income and Social Culture Level of Toddler Nutrition status in Blang Muling Village, Suka Makmue Subdistrict, Nagan Raya Regency. This type of research is Analytical Surveys with cross-sectional approach. The total number of samples is 33 mothers of toddlers. Univariate and Bivariate analyzes were further tested with Chi Square. The results after a deeper study of the three variables have an influence on the nutritional status of children under five namely Knowledge (Pvalue 0,000 <α 0.05), income level (Pvalue 0.001 <α 0.05), and socio-cultural (Pvalue 0.003 <α 0.05) . Suggestion Health workers should be more active in delivering information about the importance of the nutritional status of children under five.
Pada penelitian ini dirancang sistem pakar berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode naïve bayes yang dimaksudkan membantu petani dalam mendiagnosa tanaman cabai. Metode dalam pengembangan sistem yang dipakai adalah extreme programming yang terdiri dari planning, design, coding, testing. Sistem pakar diagnosa penyakit tanaman cabai berbasis cabai berbasis web dikembangkan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan MySQL. Sistem pakar ini mampu melakukan diagnosa tanaman cabai dengan mengajukan gejala-gejala penyakit pada saat pemeriksaan. Berdasarkan gejala-gejala yang dipilih tersebut, sistem ini akan memberikan hasil diagnosa kemudian akan menampilkan penyakit serta solusi dari penyakit tanaman cabai tersebut. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat kesesuaian hasil diagnosis sistem pakar menggunakan metode naïve bayes dengan pakar.
