This study aimed to measure the impact of career path development (career planning and career management) on organizational citizenship behavior in greater Amman municipality. The study population is consisted of (122) managers at middle managerial level in greater Amman municipality. The current study used simple random sample. Based on this, a total of (90) respondents were targeted, from which a total of (85) answered questionnaires were retrieved, of which (3) were invalid. Thus, (82) answered questionnaires were valid for analysis.The questionnaire consisted of (30) items of close ended response type about independent and dependent variables. The study used the statistical analysis SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences); for testing the hypotheses through regression analysis.The results of testing hypotheses have shown that there is a statistically significant impact at level (P<= 0.05) of career path development with its dimensions: (career planning and career management) on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in Greater Amman Municipality. And illustrated that (65.9%) of the explained variation in organizational citizenship behavior in greater Amman municipality can be accounted for career path development with its dimensions: (career planning and career management). The study recommended that organization should use reward systems that support the organization's career development strategy and enhancing the OCB.

Within every matter relating to management, organizational performance is the vital instrument in assessing organizational financial and non-financial results, also a technique to compose evaluation with competitors. Performance is the most significant measure in evaluating organizations and their achievements. Hence, the significant contribution of the current study is developing a model which undertaken on examining the impact of quality of work life (QWL) on organizational performance (by using Balanced Scorecards particulary).The current study adopted the descriptive analytical method; it was applied in private Jordanian universities (located in Amman). This study used equal stratified random sample. For primary data, questionnaire was used; so 140 questionnaires were distributed to (140) managers. The questionnaire composed of (24) items of close ended statements. Collected data was analyzed by using different statistical techniques such as descriptive statistics, and multiple regression through the SPSS. This study found that there was a significant statistical impact of Quality of Work-Life (QWL) on Organizational Performance in the Private Jordanian Universities at level ( 0.05). The researchers recommend modifying the managerial dimension to get greater effect from Quality of work life on performance, therefore; spending more time and effort on developing, training, motivation through empowerment is essential for all workers.
This study aims to identify knowledge sharing and its dimensions (Donating knowledge & Collecting knowledge) and its impact on competitive priorities: (Cost, Flexibility, and Quality) and the role of social media as a moderating variable in Jordanian telecommunication companies. The study population is consisted of (3) Jordanian Telecommunication Companies: (Zain, Orange, and Umniah). The study used equal stratified random sample. To collect the primary data a questionnaire survey was distributed to (134) managers. The questionnaire consisted of (30) items of close ended response type.The study reached set of findings; there is a significant statistical impact of knowledge sharing (donating knowledge & collecting knowledge) on competitive priorities in Jordanian telecommunication companies at level ( 0.05(; and there is a significant statistical impact at level ( 0.05(of social media on improving the impact of knowledge sharing on competitive priorities in Jordanian telecommunication companies. The study recommended increased knowledge sharing among employees and between departments through encouragement and practicing of knowledge sharing activities among companies' staff. And the need to motivate employees who are use social media for knowledge sharing in a work environment.
This paper presents an introduction and identification of business continuity management under the influence of strategic agility. Consequently, this study investigating the underlying dimensions of strategic agility and business continuity management in the presence of entrepreneurial alertness with special emphasize to Jordanian Insurance companies. The results of the study indicates that operational agility is the most mature agility at Jordanian Insurance companies, and it works better with the presence of entrepreneurial alertness to get efficient and effective business continuity management.Methodology of the study: Quantitative in approach, focused on data collection by closed questionnaire conducted for Jordanian insurance companies. Through SPSS application first assessment of theoretical model is performed.
