The year 2019 was the year of the people's party in Indonesia, where every Indonesian citizen got their right to deliver their aspiration through the general election which would be held on April 17, 2019. This general election would be held simultaneously to elect the president and vice president and also the council members. Slightly different from the previous general election which had separated agenda between the president and vice president and the council members. The role of General Election Commission (KPU) in the general election was as an organizer that very important in succeeding the general election. As the organizer, KPU also had a big role in encouraging people to actively participate in casting their votes. One of the ways carried out by KPU Depok in order to encourage the voters of the Depok city to cast their votes was by conducting socialization. In the 2019 general election, one of the targets of the socialization conducted by KPU Depok was the first-time voters. Of the total number of 2,466 first-time voters registered as the Final Voters List (DPT), KPU Depok was targeting 100% of the first-time voters to participate in the April 17, 2019 general election. Various ways were made by KPU Depok to socialize and educate first-time voters all about the election. One of them was to collaborate with STIAMI Institute in order to socialize the 2019 general election for the first-time voters in Depok. The specific target to be achieved in the community service was to encourage the first-time voters to come to the polling stations (TPS) to cast their voting rights in the 2019 general election, also educate them the proper way to cast their votes in the 2019 general election. The method used in this community service was by socializing and conducting interview about the 2019 general election.
The existence of regional autonomy supports changes in various sectors, including changes in financial management. This is evidenced by the birth of three packages of laws in the field of state finance, namely: Law Number 17 of 2003 concerning State Finance; Law Number 1 of 2004 concerning the State Treasury; and Law Number 15 of 2004 concerning Examination of the Management and Accountability of State Finances. These three packages of laws regulate the management of state finances more democratically and regulate sanctions for managers of state finances. To support the implementation of regional autonomy in financial management, it is necessary to anticipate deviations in the preparation of financial statements. This study aimed to analyze the Effectiveness of the Role of the Internal Control System in the Preparation of Regional Financial Reports. The research approach is a descriptive qualitative approach. The method of analysis uses a literature study. The study results on the Effectiveness of the Role of the Internal Control System in the Preparation of Regional Financial Reports indicate that the internal control system has an effective role in preparing regional financial reports. But this internal control system cannot be said to be perfect. The internal control system still has limitations because this control system is a form of prevention, reduction, improvement of deviations.
Generasi Milenial sebagai bagian dari kaum intelektual, kelak akan memegang tali estafet kepemimpinan bangsa. Kaum intelektual muda ini harus menjadi salah satu konsen bangsa saat ini di era 4.0 dalam upaya mewujudkan civil society. Bangsa harus bergerak membangun generasi penerus bangsa dalam proses kaderisasi. Hal ini dapat dilakukan oleh berbagai pihak, baik institusi pendidikan, organisasi, komunitas, dan lain sebagainya yang peduli akan lahirnya Millennial Leader yang cendekia dalam segala aspek kehidupan agar ke depan bangsa ini memiliki calon generasi penerus yang berjiwa Agile Leadership. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yakni dengan menganalisis proses kaderisasi generasi milenial cendekia yang berjiwa agile leadership di era 4.0. Adapun hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa perlu adanya pedoman kaderisasi generasi milenial cendekia yang berjiwa agile leadership dan perlu adanya program khusus untuk kaderisasi yang bisa dilakukan oleh semua pihak, baik pemerintah, swasta dan masyarakat, sehingga proses kaderisasi akan berjalan seimbang sesuai dengan harapan terbentuknya Millennial Leader yang berjiwa Agile Leadership di era 4.0.
Population growth that continues to increase without being balanced with the extent of urban land causes an uncomfortable environment for all its society or communities. People need a chance to have a better life. Something new is required to solve this problem. One of the solutions is to create a Creative Village (Kelurahan Kreative), also as a form of support in realizing the Creative City. This study uses qualitative research with a literature study in data collection. The results show that this Creative Village can run with support from various parties; government, society, and the private sector. The collaboration of various parties will facilitate in realizing creative villages, which can be done by empowering the younger generation who are members of Karang Taruna (youth group). This young generation will move and develop the Creative Village. To support them, at first these young men will get various training as provisions. The use of technology is also important in efforts to realize Creative Village that will further support the creation of Creative City.
In the election of Governor and Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta of 2017, OK OCE Program was introduced to the public. This program is carried out by Anies Baswedan and Sandiaga Uno. OK OCE program is an entrepreneurship-based program which will be centered in each sub-district of each region in Jakarta. In accordance with the program, OK OCE stands for One Sub-District One Center of Entrepreneurship. The program is motivated by the unemployment rate in Jakarta which is higher than the national unemployment rate with the concept of giving birth to 200,000 new entrepreneurs or businessmen. OK OCE Program has been implemented, including training for self-development. This implementation process is the study of this research, in terms of how effective the implementation of OK OCE program is. The long-term goal to be achieved by this research is to educate the public about the existence of OK OCE Program for them to participate actively in the program. The specific target to be achieved is to analyze the OK OCE Program implementation in DKI Jakarta. The method that will be used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method. The data collection technique will be carried out by in-depth interviews.
