International Labor Organization (2012), mengatakan bahwa stres kerja merupakan salah satu masalah terbesar dari berbagai negara dan jenis pekerjaan. Data statistik stres, depresi, atau kegelisahan yang berhubungan kerja di Inggris Raya pada tahun 2017 menunjukkan 526.000 pekerja yang menderita stres kerja, depresi atau kegelisahan. Di Indonesia telah banyak peneliti yang mengkaji mengenai stres kerja, seperti yang telah dilakukan oleh Siregar (2018) pada pengendara gojek community Medan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 66,7% responden mengalami stres ringan, 31,3% responden mengalami stres sedang, dan 2,1% responden mengalami stres berat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan stres kerja pada pengendara ojek online saat terjadi pandemi COVID-19 di Kota Tangerang Selatan tahun 2020. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif bersifat cross sectional dengan jumlah responden 132 pada 2 perusahaan ojek online di Kota Tangerang Selatan dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Adapun analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji statistik chi-square. Hasil penelitian analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa diketahui p-value umur (0,009), status pernikahan (0,086), status pekerjaan (0,612), lama kerja (0,029), pendapatan (0,028), dukungan sosial (0,000), dan hubungan interpersonal (0,000). Faktor yang memiliki hubungan bermakna dengan stres kerja adalah variabel umur, lama kerja, pendapatan, dukungan sosial, dan hubungan interpersonal dan status pernikahan dan status pekerjaan tidak memiliki hubungan yang bermakna antara stres kerja. Pengendara ojek online melakukan manajemen stres dengan berpikir positif terhadap kemampuan diri dan mengembangkan keterampilan diri dalam bekerja serta membangun relasi dengan rekan kerja ataupun atasan di perusahaan.---International Labor Organization (2012), said that work stress is one of the biggest problems for various countries and types of work. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to work stress in online motorcycle taxi drivers during the COVID-19 pandemic in South Tangerang City in 2020. The research method used a cross-sectional quantitative descriptive study with 132 respondents at 2 online motorcycle taxi companies in Tangerang City. South and the sampling technique using accidental sampling. The data analysis in this study used the chi-square statistical test. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that the known p-value was age (0.009), marital status (0.086), employment status (0.612), length of work (0.029), income (0.028), social support (0.000), and interpersonal relationships (0.000). . Factors that have a significant relationship with work stress are variables of age, length of work, income, social support, and interpersonal relationships and marital status and work status do not have a significant relationship between work stress. Online motorcycle taxi drivers do stress management by thinking positively about their own abilities and developing personal skills at work and building relationships with colleagues or superiors in the company
