The purpose of this paper is to provide insight into project-based learning conducted online to improve students’ thinking skills in the new normal era. In the new normal situation, students must carry out learning at home online. The method used in this study is a literature review. Benefits and competency development of online learning need to be considered. One of the competencies that need to be developed in the new normal is the ability to think. Unlike before the COVID 19 pandemic outbreak, students’ thinking skills can be developed through face-to-face learning with teachers and peers. However, in this new normal era, there is a need to modify online learning strategies to improve thinking skills. Project-based learning is a learning strategy in which learning orientation is carried out by doing long-term assignments. Project-based learning can be done online and adapted to the current new normal situation. This research using a literature review method which used several stages started from collection data until summarized the data. It can be concluded that this research will give a reference to produce a website for improving students’ thinking ability.
The purpose of this study is to develop a familiarization to the variety of professions that can be familiarized by classifying professions based on applied science clusters in Indonesia in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Number 12 of 2012 concerning Higher Education in article 10 section 2 which reads: "... (a) religion knowledge; (b) humanities; (c) social science clusters; (d) natural sciences; (e) formal science clusters; and (f) applied science, with android applications. Variety of professions is an activity carried out by someone to support themselves and their families where the profession is governed by professional ethics where the ethics of the profession applies only to those professions. Besides the familiarization of various professions since elementary school age is a strategic choice in preparing future generations, the variety of professions is needed by students from the age of elementary school, as a reference for their ideals. Following the times, the familiarization of various professions can be applied in technology. The method used is research and development, which develops Android applications, based on the applied science clusters. It is expected that students can get to know and choose a picture related to their future career.
Along with the times, and technological sophistication, a person's awareness to be social-care or to help one's neighbor decreases. People prefer self-interest and are indifferent to the conditions of others around the environment without much consideration of the circumstances of others around them. In today's adolescent circumstances still find students who have not perceived social care. This study aims to provide services in group guidance using simulation games to improve social care perception. The goal in developing this media is to produce innovative and creative service methods, and to develop simulated games on social care, as well as simulation games on social care useful for learners to improve social care attitudes and to train students to work together in groups.
This research aims to create an Android application that helps students manage themselves by applying Islamic elements in it. In the era of the industrial revolution, 4.0 self-management became one of the things that needed to be had to help someone in solving various problems. Self-management needs to be instilled since middle school because adolescents have unstable conditions emotionally, personality, and thoughts often experience changes. In managing oneself, the need for proper training and development. Self-management already exists in Islam's teachings, which consists of 3 things, namely aqidah, Syariah, and akhlak. If someone has the essence, then that person will be able to manage themselves optimally. With the convenience of current technology, self-management training can be implemented in a free form such as Android. "Mutaba'ah Pocket" is an application that incorporates the essence of Islam to help students manage themselves. This study uses an R&D model, which is still in the initial design phase. It is hoped that this application can help students manage themselves optimally.
