Self-sufficiency programs in the new government era program to regain food self-sufficiency that was once achieved. This is found in one of the new government initiatives, namely to realize national independence by mobilizing strategic sectors of the domestic economy, one of which is in the agricultural sector through efforts to build and realize food sovereignty. Based on this and in an effort to realize food sovereignty, the author made technological innovations in the form of prototype design of the village-based irrigation network monitoring system so that it can be accessed from various types of devices and can be accessed anywhere while the technology developed uses a single board computer (SBC) with sensor devices that have a detection distance of 2–300 cm and with a network model based on mesh topology which has a transmission distance of approximately 1200 meters outdoor between node points. Data transmission results between node points indicate that the water level data update time is every 60 seconds with the sending time to the server database on average every 60 seconds.

Entering 2020, the corona virus outbreak is spreading very quickly throughout the world, including Indonesia. This encourages the Indonesian government to make efforts and take handling policies to suppress the global spread of the corona virus or Covid-19. These policies did reduce the number of spreads but created new problems, such as increasing criminal acts and coupled with assimilation rights policies (freeing prisoners) during the Covid-19 pandemic which also resulted in an increase in crime rates, such as theft with weighting, motor vehicle theft, theft accompanied by violence, mugging, to beheading. One of the reasons for the increase in theft cases is the use of the situation when everyone is focused on handling Covid-19 and also the existence of security gaps. The security gap can be minimized, one of which is by developing technological innovation, therefore the author proposes a prototype for the development of a dual security system on two-wheeled vehicles with the latest technology. The results of the study, the system can provide notification information through the WhatsApp Messenger application in real time, as well as vehicle owners can control the vehicle remotely using the android application.

Mencari tempat parkir sungguh memakan waktu dan biasanya lebih menimbulkan kemacetan dan polusi udara yang diakibatkan kendaraan berada pada posisi tertentu dalam waktu lama hanya untuk mencari tempat parkir yang kosong. Saat ini di beberapa pusat perbelanjaan di kota besar di Indonesia sudah menyediakan sistem parkir yang memberikan informasi kepada pengendara mengenai jumlah tempat parkir yang tersedia atau tempat parkir sudah penuh. Walau demikian sistem parkir ini masih memiliki kekurangan yaitu pengendara tidak mengetahui secara spesifik dimana akan parkir. Dalam penelitian ini dikembangkan sistem parkir yang dapat membantu pengendara menemukan tempat parkir. Informasi tempat parkir terdekat dengan pintu masuk bangunan akan tertera pada tiket saat pengendara menekan tombol tiket di pintu masuk. Pada tiket tersebut tertera blok dan nomor slot parkir yang disarankan. Sebelum pintu masuk akan disediakan tampilan LCD sebagai monitor yang memberikan informasi jumlah lokasi parkir yang tersedia. Dalam pembuatan alat simulator sistem monitoring ketersedian tempat parkir yaitu dengan menyiapkan Arduino Uno, Servo dan sensor IR Obstacle. Pada simulator ini akan menghitung jika kendaraan masuk melalui pintu masuk dan akan berkurang jika kendaraan melewati pintu keluar. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan terhadap sistem menunjukan bahwa aplikasi telah berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan.

Manajemen aset TI adalah salah satu fungsi bisnis yang penting dalam sebuah perusahaan.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat Sistem Informasi Manajemen Aset Teknologi Informasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan PT.PLN (Persero) Distribusi lampung. Hal-hal yang akan dipertimbangkan dalam desain ini adalah antarmuka, kemudahan, dan informasi. Desain model manajemen aset berdasarkan umum digunakan dan kondisi perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode analisis dan desain. Metode analisis dilakukan dengan melakukan studi literatur, observasi langsung di perusahaan, dan wawancara dari para pemangku kepentingan di perusahaan. Sedangkan metode desain dilakukan dengan merancang database dengan tahap desain, DFD, alur kerja, dan database. Technology in education in Indonesia has continued to improve throughout the 21st century. This results in a continuous evaluation of the education system, which in turn provides information on educational gaps. SMK Persada Bandar Lampung is an educational institution that has problems in assessing the feasibility of teacher certification, which does not yet have a system where errors often occur in the assessment process. Evaluating the feasibility of teacher certification, which is subjective will take time to process the results. In the process of assessing the feasibility of teachers, certification errors may occur. SMK Persada Bandar Lampung requires a decision support system that is expected to find a solution in the process of determining the best teacher. The decision system for assessing the feasibility of teacher certification can facilitate data processing of the results of the teacher certification feasibility assessment at SMK Persada Bandar Lampung.Therefore, the researcher proposes a decision support system software engineering by applying Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). This system can later be used to assess the feasibility of teacher certification at SMK Persada Bandar Lampung to assist schools in evaluating the shortcomings and strengths of teacher performance.
