CV Artha Mandiri Group is a company (Persero) engaged in equipment leasing and contracting. This study aims to describe job satisfaction, work environment, CV Artha Mandiri Group Merangin Regency, to find out and analyze the increase in job satisfaction and work environment. To answer the research objectives, the authors used theoretical studies related to research variables, namely job satisfaction, work environment. In addition, the authors also look for relevant previous research in the form of previous articles/journals and theses to support this research. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were employees of CV Artha Mandiri GroupThe results of a simple linear regression analysis are obtained by the equation Y = 1.773 +0.032 Meanwhile, from the hypothesis testing carried out. The results obtained show that job satisfaction and work environment have increased significantly Merangin Regency, totaling 98 employees. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion in this study, it can be it can be concluded that CV Artha Mandiri Group Merangin Regency has high job satisfaction, unfavorable work environment. For this reason, it is hoped that in the future we can focus more on improving a more conducive work environment so that employee performance is higher than before.
In this study, the aim is to find out whether there is a significant influence on the leadership variable on employee discipline at the Jambi Province Industry and Trade Office. The object of research in this study is the entire population of 130 employees, with the data sources obtained from direct respondent questionnaires and also literature studies and other external data. This study uses quantitative descriptive analysis and the data is processed using SPSS 24, namely with simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the regression equation was Y=1.704 + 0.517X + e. Then the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.374, which means that the leadership variable (X) is able to explain the discipline variable (Y) at the Jambi Province Industry and Trade Service of 37.4% while 62.6% is influenced by other variables outside of the variables already defined. researched. And partially the magnitude of the influence of the leadership variable is 8.744 and ttable is 1.979. from the comparison results, it can be seen that tcount is greater than ttable (tcount > ttable). With that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. By comparing the number of significant levels (sig) of research with a significant level of 0.05 then 0.000 <0.05, so it can be said that there is a significant influence between the leadership variables on the discipline of the Jambi Province Industry and Trade Office.
The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of compensation on the performance of employee. Primary data sources using questionnaires taken directly on the object of research, namely the Department of Industry and Trade of Jambi Province with a population of 130 respondents. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis and the data is processed using SPSS 24, namely by simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the regression equation was Y=1.416 + 0.607X + e. Then the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.297 which means that the compensation variable (X) is able to explain the performance variable (Y) at the Department of Industry and Trade of Jambi Province by 29.7% while 70.3% is influenced by other variables outside the variables studied. . And partially the magnitude of the effect of the compensation variable is 7.362 and ttable is1.979. from the comparison results, it can be seen that tcount is greater than ttable (tcount > ttable). With that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. By comparing the number of significant levels (sig) research with a significant level of 0.05 then 0.000 <0.05, so it can be said that there is a significant influence between compensation on the performance of the Department of Industry and Trade of Jambi Province.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of individual characteristics of employees on employee performance either directly or indirectly through employee motivation. The target population in this study were non-medical employees at the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) KH. Arif Daud Kuala Tungkal, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency, as many as 54 employees. Because the population in this study is less than 100, the sampling technique in this study uses saturated sampling, where all the populations in this study were used as research samples. The approach in this study uses a quantitative approach with survey methods and is analyzed using Path Analysis. The results of this study conclude several points, namely: 1) individual characteristics have a significant effect on employee work motivation; 2) individual characteristics have a significant effect on employee performance; 3) work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance; and 4) motivation is not able to mediate individual characteristics on employee performance.
