Currently, the issue of introducing the means and capabilities of digitalization or a digital system in modern society is becoming relevant, while the term “digitalization” is becoming quite popular. It is assumed that the introduction of new digital tools or platforms will help the organization to gain a leading position in agricultural industry. Digital transformation is primarily associated with a change in the stereotypes of thinking, working methods and company management. However, digital transformation is not just the introduction of digital technologies, it is rather the reengineering of various, including educational, processes based on them. Today, agricultural universities are more than ever interested in uniform rules that allow for the digital transformation of each university individually and accelerate the digital transformation of the university system as a whole. In the process of digital changes in the education system, fundamental changes are supposed in the structure of training and the organization of the educational process, as a result of which the issue of the need to form our own information and educational environment, which will become the basis of the modern digital base of the educational process.
In the modern world, the process of innovative transformation of the housing and communal services (HCS) sector is taking place with active steps. The latest technical developments are used to improve the quality of life of the population, which are aimed at a comprehensive modernization of the entire structure of HCS and reducing the wear of systems. One of the most important stages is the introduction of innovative technologies through the use of the Internet of Things, big data processing. The objects of innovative development are smart platforms, the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, and a quantum computer. Investors can help these innovations. Therefore, the importance of the issue of integrating modern technological innovations has great prospects for the maintenance and development of housing and communal services. The paper studies the current perspective of using the latest developments in the field of HCS, mainly aimed at improving the quality of life of the country’s population. The possibility of attracting investors as the main assistants for the successful implementation of innovative projects was also considered. The sphere of HCS is a promising platform for creating profitability of innovative projects, achieving an improvement in the quality of life of the population. It is of high importance for many sectors of the economy of the Russian Federation.
The aggravation of the environmental situation in major cities of the Russian Federation has been observed in recent years. A significant contribution to the deterioration of the quality of the urban environment has a large number of vehicles and consequently the number of gas stations. They are generally concentrated within the city limits. As a result of the high level of competition of oil companies in the gas station market and the large consumption of liquid fuel oil by the urban population there is a point building of gas stations on free sites of urban development. The question of the need to improve the ecological safety of urban gas filling stations is acute and remains extremely relevant in our time. On the basis of the results of theoretical, numerical and experimental studies obtained by the authors, factors influencing spread of harmful substances from emission sources at gas stations have been identified, and their significance was established. The identified factors formed the basis of a multi-criteria analysis of the environmental impact of emissions from sources at gas filling stations. The authors have developed a methodology for assessing environmental safety of urban gas filling stations, which allows to assess the degree of impact of gas filling stations on the urban environment and to reduce their negative effect.
The purpose of the study is to analyze the energy efficiency class of the housing stock for the implementation of comprehensive energy-efficient capital repairs on houses of different construction series. Research objectives: - assessment of the feasibility of using the software product "ECR Assistant" to assess the energy efficiency class of the housing stock; - analysis of resource consumption and assessment of energy efficiency class depending on climatic factors; - assessment of the energy efficiency class of multi-apartment houses of the same series. According to the results of the study, it was revealed that the estimated energy efficiency class of a building varies depending on the average annual outdoor air temperatures. The main characteristics of buildings belonging to the same building series are not enough to classify objects in order to form programs for energy-efficient capital repairs. For qualitative organizational and technological design of restoration measures in the form of a capital repair, it is necessary to develop a fundamentally sound approach to the classification of the housing stock using modern methods for processing large amounts of data collected on the basis of continuous monitoring.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
