The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of asset growth, financial leverage, and liquidity to systematic risk of LQ 45 stock that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study measure systematic risk of stock by using Single Index Model as dependen variable. Independent variables that used are asset growth, financial leverage with proxy degree of financial leverage, and liquidity with proxy current ratio. Samples selection in this study were purposive sampling, which is obtained 12 companies each year within 2010-2018. And the total samples are 108. Analysis method which is used is the panel data by Eviews 10. The result of this study indicate that asset growth and financial leverage has no signifficant effect on systematic risk of stock, while liquidity has negative effect on systematic risk of stock.

Indonesian population growth has increased rapidly. Therefore, it needs residential land to build schools, markets, and various public places. This condition makes land conversion increase as agricultural land in Indonesia is wide and relatively easy to be converted. However, if this happen continuously, Indonesia will face endanger of food resilience. Actually, a legal instrument, Law Number 41 of 2009 on Sustainable Food Agricultural Land Protection, is a law that prevents agricultural land conversion for the sake of national food resilience Practically, agricultural land conversion unstoppable and continuously keeps happening. Therefore, judicial approach is significantly required in to comprehensively prevent agricultural land conversion.

This research is a research using quantitative analysis that aims to know the influence of bond rating and bondholder-shareholder conflicts to accounting conservatism implementation in non finance and banking companies that listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2011-2018.  The data which is used in this research is secondary data obtained from company’s annual report in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX).  The samples of this research obtained by using purposive sampling method.  Based on this criteria, obtained 33 companies as sample of this research.  Analysis method which is used is the multiple regressions analysis.  The result of this research indicate that bond rating and bondholder-shareholder conflict have no significant effect on accounting conservatism implementation.

Perancangan Trainer Motor Induksi AC 3Phase Berbasis Program Logic Controller dapat dimanfaatkan berbagai macam kebutuhan dalam proses pembelajaran ke Mahasiswa/i seperti Simulasi dan Installation. alat trainer kontrol ini dapat membantu dalam proses pembelajaran yang terutama dalam MK. Sistem Kontrol Dasar Sistem Kontrol dengan tujuan agar Mahasiswa/i bisa cepat untuk memahami. Adapun rancangan pembuatan alat ini menggunakan PLC (Program Logic Controller) sebagai Main Design Ladder Program PLC dalam bentuk Control Simulation dan Installation Control Motor Induksi 3phase, Adapun beberapa percobaan perancangan rangkaian seperti : DOL (Direct On line), Forward-Reverse, Start-Delta VFD (Variable Frequency Drive). MCB (Miniatur Circuit Breker), Hindication light, Contactor Magnet, Over load sebagai komponen pendukung untuk perancangan sebuah rangkaian kontrol motor dan VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) yang berfungsi sebagai pengaturan kecepatan motor. sehingga perancangan trainer yang berbasis PLC ini bisa di monitoring di Computer atau Laptop untuk Operation On/ Off sebuah Control Motor Induksi 3 phase.
