<p class="Default">Penelitian ini bertujuan meneliti pengaruh konflik peran terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan stres kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada PT. Jombang Intermedia Pers (Jawa Pos Radar Jombang). Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 30 karyawan PT.Jombang Intermedia Pers (Radar Jombang) dengan metode sampling jenuh. Metode analisis menggunakan <em>SEM (Structural equation Model)</em><em> </em>dengan alat analisis <em>Pls versi 3</em>. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan ada pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara konflik peran terhadap stres kerja. Namun, justru konflik peran berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, stres kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan stres kerja tidak mampu memediasi antara konflik peran terhadap kepuasan kerja.</p>
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan implementasi budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. BPRS Lantabur. Jenis penelitian ini adalah verifikatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan bagian funding dan lending PT. BPRS Lantabur dengan sampel yang berjumlah 30 orang dan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis linear regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi yang tinggi mampu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan PT. BPRS Lantabur dan implementasi budaya organisasi yang baik mampu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan PT. BPRS Lantabur.
The COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia has had an impact on the economy, including changes in consumer behaviour. This study aimed to analyze the effects of advertising and digital marketing strategies on consumer repurchase behaviour. The sample of this study included 150 respondents, selected through the purposive sampling technique. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires through Google forms to three regions: Jombang, Malang and Surabaya. The questionnaire results were analyzed using the structural equation model (SEM) method. Of the six hypotheses offered, only ‘advertising creativity’ had a significant effect on customer engagement and repurchase behaviour. Customer engagement in and of itself did not affect the relationship either directly to repurchase behaviour or as a variable that mediates the relationship between digital marketing strategies and repurchase behaviour. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of role conflict on employee job satisfaction with job stress as a mediation variable at PT. Jombang Intermedia Press (Jawa Pos Radar Jombang). The research used explanatory research with a quantitative approach to explain relationship variables through hypothesis testing. This study uses questionnaires which is distributed to 30 respondents of PT. Jombang Intermedia Pers (Radar Jombang) with saturated sampling method. The analysis method uses SEM (Structural Equation Model) with PLS (Partial Least Square) 3 . The result of data analysis known has significant positive influence between role conflict on work stress. But, role conflict has a positive effect on job satisfaction, work stress positively influence to job satisfaction, while work stress is not able to mediate between role conflict to job satisfaction. The purpose of this research was to develop, evaluate, and test antecedent model with trust as an intermediary variable of Technology Acceptances Model (TAM) and Virtual Experiential Marketing (VEM) for buying intention. It used purposive sampling technique with 300 respondents. The questionnaire results were evaluated and analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with the analysis tools (the third version of SmartPLS). The research result shows that there is no effect between TAM and trust. In addition, there is a direct and positive influence of VEM on trust. The trust and TAM have a positive effect on buying intention. However, VEM does not affect buying intention. The results indicate that the trust cannot mediate TAM and buying intention. Meanwhile, trust can mediate between VEM and buying intention.
