The relevance of the research is determined by the interaction of a language and a man in the worldwide network and the increased influence of human communication on the linguistic activities. The objective of the research is to find out the level of personal and text generating of the Russian and Kazakhstani political Internet comments in the personal linguistic aspect. Methods of the research: collection and contextual analysis of the material, comparative-contrastive, descriptive methods and the method of quantitative estimation were applied in order to study this subject. The analysis performed was based on the parametrization of the political online comments. Moreover, the article deals with the human factors issue in the speech generating. Each generated text reflects a linguistic personality possessing a set of linguistic abilities governing the linguistic diversity and the variability of oral activity. The research outcomes showed that while generating the Russian Internet comments, the factor of personality conditioned by the parameters of the subjectivity of the linguistic persona predominates whilst the textual factors predominate in the Kazakhstani Internet comments. The significance of the study: the text generation parameters have been identified within the personal and textual strategies of text generation and the quantitative ratio of the personal and the textual has been determined in the Russian and Kazakhstani political Internet commentaries.

Development of computer networks, informational and communication technologies have had an undeniable impact on the linguistic or rather speech sphere of human life and contributed to the texts emergence of different genres. The proposed work is devoted to the study of Kazakhstani political Internet commentaries in derivational and linguo-personalological aspects. The text of a political article has a potential of derivational functioning, which is realized in the text of an online commentaryinfluenced by variable strategies and tactics. The aim of the study is to determine parameters of personal and textual generation of Kazakhstani political Internet comments. Taking as a basis for classification the parameters of the content, form and function of the secondary text, we identified the tactics of text generation within the subjective (personal) and objective (textual) strategies of textual activity. The result of text-derivatological and llinguo-personalological research showed that Kazakhstani Internet comments are dominated by a text strategy, where the most used tactics are keyword tactics and copial contenttactics.

Объектом исследования являются казахстанские интернет-комментарии к политическим статьям, размещенные в новостном портале Nur.kz. Выбор объекта обосновывается исследованием на материале составленных рядовыми носителями языка текстов интернет-комментариев к политическим статьям находятся в русле обыденной лингвополитологии, лингвистики повседневности. Исследование такого типа текстов, сравнительно недавно появившихся в обиходе человека, может значительно расширить научные представления о человеке, коммуникации и социуме. Цель исследования – определить ценностный фактор текстопорождения казахстанских политических интернет-комментариев. Предмет исследования – соотнесенность ценностного потенциала исходного текста и ценностных установок виртуальной языковой личности, реализуемых в интернет-комментариях. Результаты исследования показали, что тексты казахстанских интернет-комментариев преобладают ценностным потенциалом. Виртуальная языковая личность является носителем национального наследия и культуры, поскольку принадлежит определенному лингвокультурному коллективу, обладающему своим мировоззрением и стереотипами, которые и проявляются в текстопорождении интернет-комментариев; особенно в тестах порожденных в форме пожеланий и бата
