Pemenuhan hak-hak anak kelompok minoritas tetap menjadi tema signifikan terkait implementasi UU tentang Perlindungan Anak. Kelompok minoritas dengan berlandaskan agama adalah hal yang menarik untuk diketahui terkait sejauh mana pemenuhan hak-ahak anak di kalangan mereka. Kelompok penghayat Kepercayaan Sunda Wiwitan di Cireundeu, Cimahi, Jawa Barat merupakan kelompok minoritas yang masih mengalami hambatan perlindungan hak-hak anak. Sebagai hasil pendekatan kualitatif, artikel ini berupaya menggali upaya perlindungan hak-hak anak di komunitas ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hak-hak anak penghayat Sunda Wiwitan Cireundeu tidak sepenuhnya terabaikan. Hak untuk mengekspresikan identitas diri, memiliki pendidikan, kesejahteraaan dan pelayanan kesehatan serta hak terbebas dari perundungan telah terpenuhi dengan baik. Meskipun demikian, hak-hak sipil mereka tampak belum terpenuhi. Hal ini menciptakan beberapa masalah yaitu adanya anak yang belum memiliki akte kelahiran, dua model KTP kepercayaan, hasil pengisian akte kelahiran yang tidak dikehendaki serta praktik pengurusan akte yang tidak berlaku. Melalui Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kota Cimahi, Kementerian Dalam Negeri semestinya memperhatikan standar dalam pengurusan dokumen administrasi sipil warga penghayat Kepercayaan Sunda Wiwitan Cireundeu.
Abstrak Kegiatan dakwah yang dilakukan kelompok Jamaah Tabligh dan Pesantren Hidayatullah di Tanah Air telah banyak ditulis. Artikel ini hanya menambahkan saja satu lagi penelitian tentang kiprah kedua institusi tersebut, terutama jejak-jejaknya di wilayah perbatasan Skow Papua, yang berbatasan langsung dengan wilayah Papua New Guinea (PNG). Dai-dai dari kedua lembaga tersebut terus berkiprah dan belakangan memungkinkan terjadinya konversi warga PNG ke Islam. Tulisn ini juga untuk menambahkan literatur tentang jarangnya penelitian kegiatan dakwah di perbatasan. Paper dari hasil riset lapangan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk menjawab pertanyaan tentang seberapa jauh dakwah kedua institusi tersebut di kawasan perbatasan Skouw, termasuk capaian keberhasilan dan hambatan-hambatannya. Temuan penting dari riset ini antara lain, gerakan dakwah yang dilakukan oleh lembaga-lembaga seperti Jamaah Tabligh ini ternyata menyuguhkan bukan semata persoalan gerakan kesalehan berdasarkan anjuran agama, namun ternyata juga menyajikan jalinan kerjasama dan juga solusi untuk mencapai level kehidupan lebih baik, terutama untuk kalangan muallaf. Kata Kunci : Jamaah Tabligh, Pesantren Hidayatullah, Dakwah, Rute Perdagangan, hambatan budaya Abstract Proselityzing activities carried out by Jamaat Tabligh and Hidayatullah Islamic Boarding School in Indonesia has been widely published elsewhere. This article is only to add one more study about these two Islamic group that deals chiefly with their specific proselytization activities in Skouw border Jayapura, Papua. This gate splits between Indonesia and Papua New Guinea (PNG). Dai or Islamic proselytization activists of both group continue to keep their dakwah activity that possibles to convert local PNG people into Islam. This paper is based on field research which is approached by qualitative method. Its aim is to respond the question to what extend missionarism of both Islamic religious group at Skow border area, what are achieved so far and what challenges to it. The essential result of this research shows that Islamic missionarism of both group focusing not merely on pietic movement based on relegious tenets, but also stressing on networking between Indonesian and PNG people. Also, it shows the problem solving for gaining economic wellfare, especially for new Islamic converters (muallaf). Many countries strongly rely on deradicalization path to solve terrorism catastrophe. However, they mostly still focus on the terrorists themselves and lack of attention to the people around them particularly their children. While in some local to the international cases of terrorism, children have involved actively in those acts. This article delivers a significant instance on how to avert the new generation of terrorism particularly from the kinship path. This article focuses on an Islamic boarding school or pesantren (Al-Hidayah) run by a former terrorist (Al-Ghazali) with the main purpose is deradicalization program towards the terrorists’ children. This article is based on the field research, the collecting of the data using depth interview as the primer data and exposure some references as the secondary data. This article found that deradicalization towards terrorist’s children is better under the education platform or pesantren, because it provides two things; firstly, children can gain their right to reach the education after they were marginalized even excluded from their former school. Secondly, it becomes a new home for the children where support the way to apply deradicalization program through the formal model (within the class) and informal model (out the class). There are four significant prograsm that Al-Hidayah pesantren applied namely a green school, life skill, tahfiz class, and trauma healing. Generally, it is success as a curative and preventive action. Although the pesantren receives some financial supports from the government and some other parties, it still struggles to raise more funds to provide free education for its student.
<em>Penelitian terkait bekerjanya habitus pada tokoh agama atau penghulu kampung dalam mereproduksi perkawinan tidak tercatat serta realitas struktur KUA yang berdampak terhadap pelanggengan perkawinan tidak tercatat belum banyak dikaji dibandingkan studi tentang faktor penyebab dan dampak perkawinan tidak tercatat pada perempuan dan anak. Studi ini dilakukan di Badau, wilayah perbatasan Indonesia dan Malaysia. Teori habitus dan praktik sosial Bourdieu dipilih sebagai lensa untuk menganalis data. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan tehnik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Informan yang diwawancarai beragam, meliputi tokoh agama atau penghulu kampung, ketua organisasi keagamaan, kepala KUA, ustazah, pengurus majlis taklim, dan guru agama di sekolah formal. Hasil temuannya menunjukkan habitus yang bekerja pada penghulu kampung untuk mereproduksi perkawinan tidak tercatat meliputi skemata agama untuk menghindari dosa, membantu sesama, dan adat yang diskriminatif. Penghulu kampung didukung oleh sumberdaya yang menjadi modal yang kuat untuk dapat mereproduksi praktik sosialnya. Sementara itu, struktur KUA dengan beragam keterbatasan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya lembaga dan sumberdaya manusia yang seharusnya membuat narasi-narasi baru terkait pencegahan praktik perkawinan tidak tercatat ini, justru sebaliknya malah memperkuat praktik sosial tersebut</em><em>.</em>
Young girls frequently are not considered as the important subject in analyzing personal involvement as ISIS sympathizer. Nevertheless, young girls has vulnerability and strength simultaneously as significant resources on preventing against extremism. This study conducted since May until August 2020-investigated the migration of 26 Indonesians to Syria in 2015. Using in-depth interview method, focus group discussion, and media literature, the result is analyzed by using Cohen migration theory and Moore & Parker critical thinking theory. This study also enriches knowledge of determinant factor why young girl migrated to Syria and joined ISIS due to her dream of Medina state in Prophet Muhammad period. Her imagination is challenged by the reality in Raqqa Syria through 3 (three) aspects of critical thinking: truth, knowledge, and value judgement. Verification (tabayyun) on online contents and being realistic in utopian thinking are the important findings obtained in this study.
