A case of foreign body granuloma with close clinical and radiological resemblance to gastric carcinoma is presented. Correct diagnosis was obtained by endoscopy and succesful fiberscopic foreign body removal spared the patient the risk of laparotomy. With this report both the diagnostic and therapeutic value of fiberoptic instruments are emphasized.

A further case of endoscopically diagnosed jejunogastric intussusception has been reported. The importance of fiberscopy in diagnosing this rare postoperative complication is emphasized. Authors are convinced that with more frequent use of fiberoptic instruments more cases would be preoperatively diagnosed.Chronische rezidivierende jejunogastrisdie Invagination gastroskopische Diagnose Fallbericht über cine endoskopisch diagnostizierte jejunogastrische Invagination.
