Ecological geochemical research of water protection areas was held in Moscow region. Precipitation (snow) is known to influence the formation of water chemical structure and determine geochemical effect. It shows the results of snow research in water protection area of Uchinsk and Pestovo reservoirs in order to find out the sources of pollution, to assess water quality
and work out the recommendations to reduce and eliminate the sources of pollution. The article gives the evaluation of water quality depending on waterflow from the catchment area and various temporary flows. It shows the influence of excessive
use of fertilizers on water quality (especially in spring) which leads to eutrophication processes and worsens the quality of water.
The monograph is devoted to the analysis of changes in the structure of natural and agricultural landscapes in the conditions of anthropogenic, including technogenic, impact on landscapes. The monograph summarizes the own research carried out in the forest zone in the subzones of the middle and southern taiga and broad-leaved coniferous forests. Studies were conducted in forests, meadows and swamps, as well as the formation of natural water quality and overgrowing of reservoirs in the forest zone. The composition and structure of zonal plant communities and dynamic successional stages of secondary, derived communities formed on cuttings, fires, under flooding by reservoirs, under technogenic pollution, as well as under integrated anthropogenic impact are considered. Factors of technogenic transformation of landscapes are analyzed. The analysis of the complex of anthropogenic impacts and identified the main trends in anthropogenic dynamics of soil and vegetation cover, provides recommendations for optimization and rationalization of natural resources under anthropogenic influence. Questions of formation of geotechnical systems, their structure and questions of interaction in systems "man and nature"are considered.
The monograph is of interest to environmentalists, geographers, biologists, it can be used in the work of state bodies for monitoring the state of the environment and in the educational process — teachers and students in ecology, nature management, biology, environmental monitoring, engineering arrangement of the territory, as well as researchers, graduate students and applicants.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
