Waste bank have the task of reducing waste. Most of the waste produced is plastic waste. The amount of plastic waste that was recorded was 13.39% of the 38.05% of inorganic waste. One of the producers of plastic waste is households in the form of plastic packaging that does not sell well. One of the efforts to reduce packaging plastic is by reusing it as material products to make creative products. Product material 100x75 cm wide, requires 1500 grams of waste. This material is used to make creative fashion products (bags) as an environment-based business including waste. This business is ecopreneurship developed by the Sejahtera Waste Bank, Joyotakan Village, Surakarta City. The purpose of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) is the development of ecopreneurship, by reusing household plastic waste, especially plastic packaging. The solution offered to achieve the goal is to provide training and mentoring. The method used to answer the solution is the observation method, the interview method, the test method and the mentoring method. The things that are done to realize the goals are observation, to get the situation and conditions, interviews with key figures, to get information and agreement on solutions to realize the goals. Posttest-pretest is carried out at each training and provides assistance to realize and develop ecopreneurship. The results of PKM in the form of providing training, have the effect of increasing knowledge on participants. Providing assistance gives the Sejahtera Waste Bank confidence to do business. This business is related to the reuse of household plastic waste as the basic material for fashion creative products.
