The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of financial management practices and innovations to company’s performance on micro, small and medium enterprise during the Covid-19 pandemic in Depok City. The sampling of this study used the slovin’s formula and obtained a sample of 100MSMEs in Depok City. The data analyze used is multiple regression by used the SPSS program version 25. The results of this study indicate that financial management practices and product innovation has influence on company’s performance. While process innovation, marketing innovation and organizational innovation has no influence on company’s performance. Keywords: Financial Management Practices, Innovations, Company’s Performance, UMKM (micro, small, and medium enterprise) Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari praktek manajemen keuangan dan inovasi terhadap kinerja keuangan usaha mikro kecil menengah selama masa pandemi Covid-19 di Kota Depok. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan rumus slovin dan didapatkan sampel sebesar 100 UMKM yang ada di Kota Depok. Analisa data menggunakan multiple regression dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa praktek manajemen keuangan dan inovasi produk berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan. Sedangkan inovasi proses, inovasi pemasaran dan inovasi organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan.
Value at Risk (VAR) is a risk measurement method that use in risk investment calculation. VAR shows risk in nominal. This research calculate risk portfolio of stock using VAR method and measure whether VAR value overvalued or underestimated. Using historical simulation method is found VAR value tend to decrease when stock investment consist more stocks in the portfolio. Risk investment calculation consistent with standar devistion as risk measurement, which the more investment diversified the less the risk in the investment. Then, using backtesting reveal that VAR tend too high in portfolio consisting small number of stocks. VAR value can accepted in the portfolio that consist many stocks or the more investment diversified the more accurate VAR value as risk measurement.
Community Service Activities in Rakik Azizah in Padang City are carried out to identify and solve problems faced by owners in managing and developing Rakik Azizah's. Some of the problems faced by the owner are related to obtaining business licenses, managing business finances, using packaging and marketing. The technique used in carrying out this service activity is through counseling and assistance for the owner of Rakik Azizah. Counseling was carried out during the period the activities were carried out at the Management Department, Universitas Andalas. This extension activity will be followed by demonstration and practice as well as consultation during the period of service to better provide understanding and application of the materials provided in the extension activities that have been carried out. Furthermore, mentoring activities carried out using the vocational method where the community service activity team directly accompanies the operational activities of Rakik Azizah's at the operational location of the business. The activity results are files to administer IPRT, Packaging with attractive labels and increased on line marketing.
This study aims to determine the effect of financial management practices, financial planning, financial stress, and asset ownership on the financial well-being of retired families in Padang City. The object of this study were 200 respondents, namely people in the city of Padang who have entered retirement age or the age of 56 years. The sampling technique is nonprobability sampling with criteria or characteristics of the same age as 56 years, entering retirement, domicile in the city of Padang. The method used is multiple linear regression. The data were processed using SPSS version 16. The results showed that financial management practices and financial planning had a positive effect on financial well-being, financial stress had a negative effect on financial well-being, while asset ownership had no effect on financial well-being.
