Kabupaten Sidoarjo memiliki embrio destinasi wisata bahari yang dapat menjadi destinasi wisata bahari unggulan bagi Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Namun, wisata bahari tersebut masih belum terekspose atau di promosikan dengan maksimal, sehingga masih banyak masyarakat lokal, global atau mancanegara yang belum mengetahui lokasi wisata bahari dan keindahan dari objek wisata yang dimiliki oleh Sidoarjo. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan pemasaran yang tepat dan terukur terhadap destinasi wisata bahari tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menguji apakah Integrated marketing communication berpengaruh terhadap daya tarik embrio destinasi wisata bahari, apakah Integrated marketing communication berpengaruh terhadap brand building destinasi wisata bahari dan apakah Brand building berpengaruh terhadap daya tarik embrio destinasi wisata bahari. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengunjung destinasi wisata bahari di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan desain sampling probabilitas dengan memilih 80 orang pengunjung wisata bahari sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian yaitu deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa Integrated marketing communication berpengaruh terhadap daya tarik, selanjutnya Integrated marketing communication berpengaruh terhadap brand building, dan brand building berpengaruh terhadap daya tarik.
Employee innovation has become an important factor in ensuring organisational success in a dynamic and competitive business environment. The concept of organizational justice plays an important role in promoting employee innovative work behaviour in each employee. This study aims to explore the relationship between organizational justice and employee innovative work behaviour by adding the mediating effect of learning capacity variables and the moderating effect of blue ocean leadership variables to complete the gap of previous studies. This study sampled employees with why generation criteria in East Java with a total sample of 383. Analysis using process macros Hayes model 7. The results of this study indicate that organizational justice has a significant positive effect on employee innovative work behaviour, then organizational justice has a significant negative effect on learning capacity, besides the results of the analysis also show that blue ocean leadership as a moderator variable can strengthen the relationship between organizational justice and learning capacity, learning capacity has a significant positive effect on employee innovative work behaviour, and organizational justice affects employee innovative work behavior through learning capacity
The increasingly fierce business competition makes companies have to make the right strategy within the company, especially strategies related to improving employee performance. The aim of this research is to find out how much influence organizational climate, servant leadership, and intrinsic motivation have on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). This study uses quantitative research methods and SPSS data processing using regression analysis and 36 respondents. The results of data processing show that there is an influence of organizational climate, servant leadership, intrinsic motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) both simultaneously and partially.
