Aqidah learning morality that there is prioritizing cognitive aspects, both concerning the divinity and humanity that want to be instilled and developed into students themselves. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze; (1) Aqidah moral learning design using a contextual approach, (2) implementation of Aqidah morality learning (3) evaluating Aqidah morality learning using a contextual learning approach, (4) supporting and inhibiting factors, (5) advantages and disadvantages and (6) the effectiveness of contextual learning approaches in the subjects of Aqidah Morals to shape the Islamic character of students. Using descriptive qualitative methods with the type of analytic descriptive research. The data collection tool was obtained using: observation, interview, and study documentation. The data analysis procedures performed are data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions or verification. The results of this study show that the design of contextual learning in the subjects of Aqidah Akhlak uses the components of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) stages, namely constructivism (constructivism), finding (inquiry), asking (questioning), learning community (learning community), modelling (modelling), reflection (reflection), and actual assessment (authentic assessment). The implementation of Aqidah Akhlak learning by using a contextual approach in MA An-Nur Malangbong is following the learning design. While the inhibiting factors include: difficulty analyzing individual student differences, not all are suitable for using a contextual approach, as well as difficulties in conducting evaluation and time management that requires a lot of time. Meanwhile, the contextual approach to the subjects of Aqidah Akhlak carried out at MA An-Nur Malangbong for the formation of Islamic character in students can be said to be very effective. This can be seen from the increase in their learning outcomes for the five Islamic characters analyzed, namely honesty, discipline, responsibility, cooperation and courtesy, experiencing an average increase from 2.44 to 3.3.

Decision Support System for Land Selection to Plant Pandanwangi Seeds Using the MOORA (Multi -ObjectiveOptimization by Ratio Analysis) Method in the Department of Agriculture, Food Plantation and Horticulture, Cianjur Regency. This method has a level of flexibility and ease of understanding in separating the subjective part of an evaluation process into decision weight criteria with several decision-making attributes. This method also has a good level of selectivity because it can determine the objectives of conflicting criteria. Where the criteria can be beneficial (benefit) or not profitable (cost).In making the system, the paradigm used is the waterfall model that uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) as a visualization language and design s the software to be built. Tools used in the development of Decision Support Systems are codeigniter framework for web -based systems and MySQL as a database management system.The results of this program indicate that the Decision Support System for Land Selection for Planting Pandanwangi Seeds can be used by the Department of Agriculture, namely the food crop production sector (rice plant section) and the Sub-districts in Cianjur Regency in selecting the best land for planting Pandanwangi seeds..
Hadirnya teknologi informasi yang perkembangannya berlangsung secara berkesinambungan pada dekade terakhir ini telah meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi pada proses bisnis bidang pertanian. Besarnya jumlah penduduk di Kabupaten Cianjur yang menggantungkan hidupnya dari sektor pertanian menunjukan demikian besar peranan sektor pertanian dalam menopang perekonomian dan memiliki implikasi penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi daerah ke depan. Kabupaten Cianjur merupakan salah satu penghasil beras berkualitas tinggi, varietas beras yang paling terkenal adalah pandan wangi. Dinas Pertanian Tanaman Pangan dan Hortikultura Kabupaten Cianjur merupakan unsur pelaksana otonomi daerah dibidang pertanian tanaman pangan dan hortikultura, saat ini masih mengalami kesulitan untuk mengelola dan memberikan informasi yang berkaitan dengan distribusi beras pandan wangi. Permasalahan tersebut terjadi dikarenakan tidak adanya area komunikasi yang mewadahi untuk mendapatkan informasi antara pelaku bisnis atau dalam sistem Supply Chain Management (SCM) disebut sebagai anggota-anggota SCM yang ada pada ruang lingkup Dinas Pertanian Tanaman Pangan dan Hortikultura Kabupaten Cianjur, baik komunikasi yang secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rancangan arsitektur SCM untuk beras pandan wangi yang dipadukan dengan teknologi informasi agar dapat bersinergi untuk membangun sebuah sistem informasi yang efektif, efisien dan terintegrasi yang melibatkan setiap anggota pada aliran rantai pasokan padi varietas pandan wangi.
