The issue regarding formation of a values-based attitude towards creating a family among modern youth is acquiring special relevance, since changes in moral guidelines have led to the intensification of negative phenomena such as: liberalisation of sexual morality, an increased number of divorces, illegitimate births, single-parent families, and the spread of social orphanhood. Due to the fact that the family is currently perceived as a structural component of the development of individual socio-economic trends, the purpose of the paper is to assess the levels of values-based attitudes towards family creation among students. In the course of the study, the following methods were used: diagnostic (questionnaires, the method of sentence completion, testing), that made it possible to identify the levels of formation of the attitude towards family creation among students; a theoretical method of analysis that allows a comprehensive study of the reasons that complicate the process of forming a values-based attitude regarding family creation. The novelty of the study is determined by the fact that a student family is understood as a family in which both spouses are full-time students of a higher education institution, that is, homogeneous in social status of a man and a woman. This is a young family in which the spouses are no more than 28 years old, and the length of family life does not exceed 5 years. The paper indicates that student families are the most progressive, since spouses are ready to accept everything new -in the organisation of life, in the arrangement of the family structure, and the like. Material motives in choosing a spouse in such families play a secondary role, especially in relation to the requirements from a woman to a man. The materials of the paper are of practical value for experimental verification of pedagogical conditions for the family creation among students in extracurricular activities.
In this article based on the materials of a sociological survey conducted in 2015-2016, the state of the health forming environment of Russian universities is analyzed. The research was carried out using the methods of questionnaire, expert survey and content analysis, within the framework of which weak aspects of the health forming university environment were identified. The opinions of students of four courses of full-time education were analyzed, as the most involved ones in the life of the university, as well as the views of experts-specialists competent in the formation of health values among students. As a result, specific features, essence and content of the health-forming environment of the modern university were revealed, as well as factors affecting its implementation and development. On the basis of the findings, a comprehensive concept for the development of the health-formulating environment of the university was developed that meets the requirements of modernizing the contemporary system of higher education.
This article studies the social well-being of the families of the Tyumen Region (excluding the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area — Yugra and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area). This article considers the theoretical approaches to the concept of “social well-being” presented in the Russian academic literature. The results of a sociological study conducted by the authors in 2020 are presented. The novelty of the research lies in highlighting the specifics of intraregional differentiation of the influence of factors influencing the social well-being of families. The main research method was a questionnaire survey, which allowed providing a quantitative description of the phenomenon under consideration. The construction of the research sample model was carried out taking into account the center-peripheral model, which implies the analysis of the data obtained in the context of various types of territories represented in the region. The volume of the quota sample of the study was 1,200 people — the representatives of regional families with children. The main goal of the article is to determine the general level of social well-being of regional families, as well as to show its specificity in such social-territorial communities as a large city, a small town, rural settlements of the central type and peripheral villages. The following were considered as the components of social well-being: satisfaction with various aspects of life; availability of social infrastructure facilities; assessment of the state of various spheres of life; problems that concern families, their needs. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that in different types of settlements, the level and nature of social well-being change. This circumstance should become the object of close attention of the authorities implementing social policy. The authors noted the need to develop a social policy that takes into account the spatial characteristics of the region. At the same time, the research component is of great importance, which makes it possible to analyze the problems of families in a territorial context, and it is also important to develop clear criteria for the classification of socio-territorial communities, taking into account the tendencies of their changes over time.
