In the modern world, due to the growing environmental threats, each state has the task of reducing the anthropogenic impact on the environment. Many countries, especially developed ones, have been seriously studying this problem and are finding solutions. However, in developing countries the situation is different, along with the growth of the economy, environmental damage is growing. The purpose of this article is to evaluate the impact of the existing measures aimed at reducing emissions and to assess the readiness of the regions in Kazakhstan for the transition to green economy. In the article, the effect of adoption of the Concept of transition to green economy on CO2 emissions in Kazakhstan was assessed. Using the synthetic control method, the panel data of
COVID-19 has affected all aspects of public life, sectors of the national economy, and the standard of living of the population in both positive and negative directions. The government of Kazakhstan played a significant role in reducing the negative consequences of the pandemic on the socio-economic situation of the population by implementing state support measures. However, systemic social problems, both globally and nationally, have not been resolved. The World Health Organization was not ready for the global coronavirus crisis. The search in the global world for ways to combat new modifications of the viral epidemic remains relevant. The global community must be prepared for unexpected viral diseases. The purpose of the study is to conduct a qualitative analysis of the main changes in the socio-economicsphere of Kazakhstan associated with the spread of coronavirus in the world in order to determine the necessary socio-economic and institutional processes and impacts that can have a significant impact on society in the long term. The article highlights social problems, the solution of which will contribute to the development of human capital and the economic growth of the country. Complex methods of systemic and empirical analysis were used in this article. Analysis of socio-economic development confirmed the proposed hypotheses. As a result of the study, the features of the socio-economic development in the current situation are determined. An attempt has been made to identify the main trends, and processes necessary for fundamental changes in the socio-economic life of the country in the post-pandemic period.
The purpose of the study is to prove ways to determine an effective marketing technologies for the country in attracting foreign direct investment and to determine an effective form of organization for promotion agency. The authors developed and used marketing methods and effective methods of digital marketing to attract foreign direct investment to the country. The article emphasizes the attraction of investment in order to form scientific interest in this topic, as well as contributes to the development of scientific literature. As attracting foreign investment is a matter of policy and the situation in the country, the developed proposals are useful for promotion agencies. As a result of the study, it was proved that the use of digital marketing is effective for attracting foreign direct investment and forming an image, it was also proved to choose the right form of organization for promotion agency.
The particular relevance of the study of issues related to global crises is determined by the fact that although they affect the whole of humanity as a whole, the least economically and socially protected layers of the population in the whole world suffer from their consequences. That is why the key concepts of a green economy are natural capital and the ecosystem services it provides. The main priorities of the green economy concept are to increase the well-being of society with minimal impact on the environment. The article discusses the theoretical aspects of the implementation of the concept of “green” economy in Kazakhstan. The main directions of the “green” economy are highlighted and the results of the transition to a green economy are analyzed. The main stages of development of green economy in Kazakhstan are described. The problems of Kazakhstan’s transition to a “green” course of economic development are studied and the need for innovative approaches in the development of green technologies in the country is substantiated.
