Innovation has emerged as differentiation and refinement against the high competitiveness that the Micro and Small Enterprises (ME / EPP) face nowadays strategy. In this line, the objective of this study is to measure the degree of innovation in ME / EPP of the services participating in the Local Innovation Agents Program (ALI) in Asa Norte, central Brasília / DF sector. The sample used in this study includes thirty micro and small enterprises, focused on exploration of several segments, providers services in the North Wing of the Pilot Plan, central Brasília / DF. The tool used to measure the degree of innovation of the sample was the Innovation Radar, originally designed by Sawhney, Wolcott and Arroniz (2006). The Radar score ranges from 1 to 5 for each dimension, with a total of thirteen dimensions. The average degree of innovation of business organizations analyzed was 2.4, indicating that innovation is still rudimentary in the selected sample. Of ME / EPP who obtained degree of innovation above average (2.5 points), can highlight Bars and Restaurants (46%), Beauty Salons (15%) and technology (15%). They obtained the best results total population surveyed. The research contributes to its empirical aspect, because it deals with new data, for a very important segment for the national economy.
