The impact of the internet is very influential in the development of today's business world. It is crucial for service providers to use their official website to seize potential customers' attention by creating a website that impresses them. The role of corporate website in service industry is really important because it can present the intangibility elements (physical surroundings) of the service itself. The purpose of this study is try to examine which element of the e-servicescape on hospital websites that significantly influences customers' perceived quality to encourage potential customers to use the services of the hospital. Quantitative method is conducted using a Spearman Rank correlation for nonparametric data to obtain a significant relationship value of the variables observed.
<p><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p><em>Effectivities of the promotions have always become a hot issue in marketing field. Several marketers don’t measures the effectiveness of the campaign result. Experiences proved for the decreased of using some traditional method in the campaign activity such as commercial advertisement in electronic media. Marketers prefer to choose the application of other promotion methods. Integrated Media Communication (IMC) is the application of the total campaign tools as an integrated method that has been chosen nowadays. The goal of the IMC is to strengthen the company position in every part of the Product Life Cycle (PLC). Begin with the product development, introduction, growth, maturity and decline. How to understand the period of the acceptance from customers in term of a new product development or a product improvement. Tokopedia adalah perusahaan bisnis marketplace terkemuka di Indonesia yang memungkinkan individu, toko kecil dan merek untuk membuka dan mengelola toko online. 90 juta lebih banyak pengguna aktif setiap bulan, 6,4 juta lebih banyak penjual yang menggunakan aplikasi Tokopedia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sifat deskriptif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 236 responden yang sudah pernah menggunakan aplikasi Tokopedia untuk membeli produk atau jasa dan memiliki aplikasi Tokopedia,menonton, teknik sampling menggunakan teknik Convenience sampling dengan penentuan sampel menggunakan metode Hair. Pengujian menggunakan metode analisis linear berganda dan uji asumsi klasik. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel citra merek, promosi dan online customer experience memberikan pengaruh untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian, adapun saran peneliti untuk Tokopedia yaitu untuk melihat beberapa faktor lain untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian, dan terus meningkatkan kualitas dari citra merek, promosi dan online customer experience yang dimiliki Tokopedia
Productivity means as a comparison between the results achieved (output) and the overall resources used (input).Work productivity is a process to produce or increase the results of goods and services as high as possible by utilizing resources as efficiently as possible. In this study, productivity will be measured through the impact of physical work environment, non-physical work environment and work motivation. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive research approach and associative analysis. The number of sample in this study was 82 employees who were determined using simple random sampling technique with Slovin method. The data obtained are primary data through questionnaires and processed using statistical software. This study has fulfilled the instrument test and classic assumption test, namely: normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The description of statistics in the study shows that the physical work environment, non-physical work environment, work motivation and work productivity have homogeneous data. The results of the analysis in the study showed that there were positive and significant effects (1) physical work environment on work motivation, (2) non-physical work environment on work motivation, (3) work motivation on work productivity, (4) work motivation on work productivity, (5) work motivation as an intervening variable between physical work environment and work productivity, (6) work motivation as an intervening variable between non-physical work environment and work productivity. The results of the latest data processing showed results that did not significantly influence the non-physical work environment on work productivity.
