Reproductive health is complete physical, mental and social well-being not only because it is free from disease or disability, in all aspects related to the reproductive system, its functions and processes which include men or women. The research was conducted with the aim of knowing the relationship between reproductive health knowledge and sexual behavior in Class X SMA Negeri 8 Padangsidimpuan. This research is an analytic research with cross sectionalapproach. The sampling technique is simple random sampling of 33 students and analyzed by Chi-square test. The results of this study show that there is a relationship between reproductive health knowledge and sexual behavior with p = 0.005 ≤ 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge of reproductive health and sexual behavior, it is suggested to health workers to provide counseling to adolescents regarding reproductive health more often to avoid unhealthy sexual behavior
Antenatal Care (ANC) is a planned program in the form of observation, education and medical treatment for pregnant women to obtain a safe and satisfying process of pregnancy and childbirth. ANC visits should be done at least 4 times during pregnancy, namely K1 to K4, with a time distribution of at least 1 time in the first trimester (0-12 weeks of gestation), at least 1 time in the second trimester (12-24 weeks of gestation), and at least 2 times in the third trimester (24 weeks gestation - birth). This type of research is an analytic study with a cross sectional design. The population in this study were all 124 pregnant women in the final third semester of Sangkunur Health Center using simple random sampling of 95 people. Data obtained from the Sangkunur Health Center and through the results of interviews using a questionnaire. The data analysis method was analyzed by univariate, bivariate using the Chi-square test. Based on the results of statistical tests with the Chi-square test, it is known that there is a relationship between knowledge and K4 coverage in pregnant women (0.006 <0.05). It is recommended to Sangkunur Health Center to regularly provide outreach to pregnant women about the importance of conducting antenatal care visits in order to get antenatal care services so that pregnant women can visit health service places.
Inisiasi Menyusu Dini (IMD) adalah meletakan bayi secara tengkurap di dada atau perut ibu sehingga kulit bayi melekat pada kulit ibu yang dilakukan sekurang-kurangnya satu jam segera setelah lahir. Inisiasi Menyusu Dini (IMD) berperan dalam membantu menurunkan angka kematian anak dan balita. IMD juga dapat meningkatkan keberhasilan ASI eksklusif dan lama menyusui sampai 2 tahun. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Survey Cross Sectional dengan sampel 85 responden, yang diteliti adalah pengetahuan pasangan usia subur tentang manfaat inisiasi menyusu dini berdasarkan umur, pendidikan, pekerjaan, paritas, sumber informasi,dan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling. Data dikumpul dengan menggunakan kuesioner. ,yang diteliti adalah pengetahuan pasangan usia subur tentang manfaat inisiasi menyusu dini berdasarkan umur, pendidikan, pekerjaan, paritas, sumber informasi, dan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling. Data dikumpul dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian tingkat pengetahuan berdasarkan umur mayoritas pengetahuan kurang sebanyak 65 orang (97,0%). Berdasarkan pendidikan ialah SMA dengan tingkat pengetahuannya semua berpengetahuan kurang. Berdasarkan pekerjaan yang berpengetahuan kurang sebanyak 33 orang (97,0%). Berdasarkan paritas ialah multigravida yaitu 37orang (43,5%) yang berpengetahuan kurang sebanyak 34 orang (91,9%). Berdasarkan cara memperoleh informasi dari sumber media elektronik sebanyak 50 orang (58,8%) yang berpengetahuan kurang sebanyak 45 orang (90,0%).
