Introduction: Burnout is a condition of fatigue that is very likely experienced by nurses in giving nursing care services. It will be directly felt by the patient and determine the quality or quality of services. This line of literature aims to analyze the effect of burnout on the performance of the nurse. Method: This literature uses inclusion and exclusion criteria using the data source of the articles obtained and reviewed from the Google Scholar database. Result: The results of the literature review were obtained that overall obtained if burnout had a negative influence on the performance of the nurse which meant the higher the burnout of the nurse, the worse the nurse's performance. Burnout has a significant negative impact on the performance of nurses. Conclusion: The high workload and job dissatisfaction contribute to burnout for nurses. Hospital management can seek programs to improve organizational climate such as improving policies related to nurse performance, communicating any policies related to nurse performance, developing psychological self-development programs such as stress management training, excellent services, providing reward programs, and punishments that are balanced and appropriate, including giving leave, refreshing programs and incentives according to performance and so on.
Introduction: Sexual Abuse is a condition that needs to be considered in recent years. Sexual abusehas become a public health issue because of the various health effects it causes. So it is necessary to make primary prevention efforts on behaviorsexual abuse, specifically for school age children. The purpose of this study is to find out how effective health education as a primary prevention effort for sexual abuse in school-age children. Method: his papers uses a systematic review design. Data was taken from the ProQuest, Scopus, and ScienceDirect databases with the period 2000-2018. Search was carried out for journals, articles and literature review using keywords of sexual abuse, prevention and psychoeducation. Result: The results of the analysis looked for articles, analysis of 19 articles ppropriates and assessed. namely health education as a form of preventive efforts to prevent sexual abuse in the form of games. The results of the study show that health education wasffort to prevent sexual abuse that occurs a lot in the school and family, health education rovided to school-age children can reduce the occurrence of sexual abuse. Conclusion: Health education is provided in the form of games so that it is easily understood by school-age children.
An increase in the prevalence of diabetes mellitus (DM) sufferers has occurred throughout the world, where Indonesia ranks 4th for the number of DM sufferers worldwide. This is certainly a phenomenon that needs serious attention from the government and society. Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease characterized by uncontrolled blood sugar levels that can cause permanent damage to organs such as the eyes, heart, kidneys, and blood vessels. Diabetes mellitus is possible for everyone to suffer from, both those with a hereditary history of suffering from DM and those who do not have a hereditary history. Activities carried out in preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The activity method used is a lecture equipped with leaflet media where a discussion then follows the activity. The activity results showed that the implementation of counseling went smoothly, with an explanation of the material regarding definitions, patient criteria, risk factors, ways to prevent management, and the introduction of blood sugar measuring devices. The very high enthusiasm of the participants in asking questions was obtained by 90% of the participants asking questions, with each questioner asking one to four questions. Participants proposed to carry out the follow-up of diabetes mellitus counseling in the form of blood sugar checks which would be carried out at the next study meeting. The conclusion is that education in the form of counseling has formed positive perceptions related to awareness of the importance of preventing and controlling diabetes mellitus.
