This paper discusses the potential empowerment of congregations for missioner churches. The Church is called a missioner when it is able to carry out programs that move outwards, not only perform services inward. The Church always motivates the congregation to preach the good news. The method used in this writing is a descriptive qualitative approach. The missioner church is always actively enhancing partnerships with churches or other mission institutions. In carrying out the activities out there is one concept of three and one that the author offers, namely in evangelism the author does activities by doing three things in one place. In the congregation, there are expected to be small groups engaged in a clear service program. In small groups, word sharing is done, evangelistic services, and at the same time the congregation runs its business.Keyword: Potential, congregation, missioner, empowerment, Church. AbstrakTulisan ini membahas tentang pemberdayaan potensi jemaat untuk gereja misioner. Gereja disebut misioner bila sudah mampu melaksanakan program yang bergerak ke luar, tidak hanya melakukan pelayanan ke dalam. Gereja selalu memberi motivasi kepada jemaat untuk memberitakan kabar baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Gereja yang misioner senantiasa aktif meningkatkan kemitraan dengan gereja-gereja atau lembaga-lembaga misi lainnya. Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan keluar dalam penginjilan gereja melakukan kegiatan dengan melakukan tiga hal dalam satu tempat. Dalam jemaat diharapkan ada kelompok-kelompok kecil yang bergerak mengerjakan program pelayanan yang jelas. Perhatian Tuhan terhadap umat-Nya tak terbatas oleh ruang dan waktu serta tidak memandang suku, agama, ras ataupun jenis kelamin. Hal itu tentu sesuai dengan firman-Nya di dalam kitab Matius 5:45, bahwa Bapa itu baik tidak memandang derajat, Ia menyediakan matahari, hujan bagi orang jahat dan orang baik, bagi orang benar ataupun yang tidak benar. Peristiwa Tsunami tahun 1994 di Pantai Pancer Kabupaten Banyuwangi meluluh lantakan kehidupan masyarakat Pancer namun meninggalkan jejak sejarah yang memiliki potensi wisata sejarah. Jejak tersebut diantaranya adalah Tugu Tsunami, situs pemakaman korban tsunami, situs reruntuhan rumah dan tambak, pemukiman baru korban tsunami dan situs batu Moro Seneng. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil yang didapatkan dianalisis kemudian dideskripsikan dengan sumber-sumber refrensi yang berkaitan dengan judul. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa providensi Allah melalui pemerintah Kabupaten Banyuwangi dan desa memberikan bantuan kepada masyarakat korban Tsunami berupa usaha UMKM dan mendorong supaya msyarakat berperan serta mengembangkan pasar wisata rakyat di sekitar situs tsunami. Sehingga ekonomi yang luluh lantah oleh tsunami Pancer kembali berjalan dengan normal.

In implementing His plan in the effort to redeem the creations that are in His image, God (YHWH) has regulations, especially regarding leadership. However, this leader is very active in helping God plan to lead His people to the pinnacle of the work of redemption. Therefore, God so chooses and determines a leader in detail according to His own perspective from generation to generation, from the Old Testament to the New Testament, from the first century to the 21st century, regeneration always occurs. In the regeneration of the ecological system, leadership is needed in every church, especially in rural areas. A simple implementation is the regeneration of leadership ecology in the local church of GBT in Siliragung District, Banyuwangi Regency, East Java. Leadership ecology has been carried out since the initial pioneering of the church continuously starting from 1972 to 2022. In regenerating leaders, of course, they must have the expected pattern and according to the Bible that represents the general view. Conditions are put forward to recruit potential leaders who are expected to be in accordance with the expectations of God and the church in great detail, so that the church in carrying out the mission of the Lord Jesus does not fail and continues to be carried out perfectly . Indeed, there are several things that need to be considered when becoming a leader or in regenerating new leaders with an ecological system, so that it is efficient and the conditions proposed and the mechanism for regeneration of leadership ecology can run well and produce leaders with strong character and integrity in accordance with expectations. Educators are the most influential agents of change in students. As educators, teachers must have the main competencies, namely professional competence, pedagogical competence, personal competence, and social competence. Through personality competence, students have the most influential role, because it includes the relationality between students and teachers. To find out and analyze the influence of the socio-economic conditions of parents and parents' background together on the personality of Christian teachers in Tambaksari District, Surabaya. While the hypothesis in this study is: (1) H1 = socio-economic conditions of parents have a positive and significant effect on the personality of Christian teachers in Tambaksari District, Surabaya. Results (2) H2 = the background of the teacher's parents has a positive and significant effect on the personality of the Christian teacher in Tambaksari District, Surabaya. (3) H3 = Socio-economic conditions and the background of the teacher's parents have a positive and significant impact on the personality of the Christian teacher in Tambaksari District, Surabaya. This study uses quantitative research which is useful for examining certain populations or samples where data collection uses research instruments, data analysis is statistical in nature with the aim of testing the hypotheses that have been set. Based on the results of a series of analyzes carried out, it can be seen (1) The socio-economic condition of the teacher's parents has a significant influence and has a positive direction towards the teacher's personality because the statistical T value is 3.603 which means greater than 1.96 so that the H1 hypothesis can be accepted. While the background of the teacher's parents has a significant influence and has a positive direction towards the teacher's personality because the T statistic value is 7.132 which means greater than 1.96 so that the H2 hypothesis is accepted. Socio-economic conditions and the background of the teacher's parents have a significant influence and have a positive relationship direction together with the teacher's personality so that H3 can be accepted with a model feasibility scale of 0.559 which is classified as "Moderate" or "Medium."

The East Indonesia Mujahideen Armed Crime Group is one of the terrorist groups that often carry out their crimes in the Poso area, Central Sulawesi. Terrorism crimes from MIT have been going on for about twenty years in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the Christian ethical view of terrorism crimes committed by KKB MIT. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach.
