In this paper, acryl resin based on ADS process parameters, and its benefit on TFT LCD product is introduced. By analysis of adhesion, exposure energy, developing time, bleach energy and cure parameters, acryl resin optimized process parameters are confirmed. With JSR PC548 positive acryl resin, our ADS product achieves good surface planarization and the product logic power has a nearly 30% decrease.
COA technology used in ADS mode LCDs is analyzed through theoretical method and basic experimental verification. Compared to IPS and VA mode LCDs, more films on R/G/B will cause the special process manufacturing issues for ADS mode LCDs. It mainly presents in three problems, which are process compatibility, flatness and deep-hole process. In this paper, the risk points of COA technology are put forward, and the possible solution is also analyzed.
This paper reported a new method of side‐wiring bonding on glass substrate and patterned for large size micro‐LED display. In our experiment, the half hole first fabricated on the side edge of the glass substrate, then the metal was pasted on the side edge, through grounding the metal on the convex edge to form a side metal pattern, The results showed that this scheme can form a conductive side metal pattern for splicing large size micro LED display. This new side‐wiring bonding method can reduce the joint pitch between single glass substrate, and the metal in the hole can be better protected, so as to realize better large size micro LED splicing quality.
When more and more display devices are used as interaction interface, touch has been essential function integrated in display devices. Homogeneous alignment LCDs and full in cell touch technology has been developed and applied on mobile phone, tablet PC, notebook PC, Monitor and even TV scale. In this paper, we made a comparison on different display technology in the point of not only display specification but also human experience. ADS type homogeneous alignment LCDs would keep its major position in small and middle size market and expand share on big size in furtherfollowing the development of interaction devices.
Photonic crystals are optical structures with wavelength‐scale periodic variations of dielectric constant. We study the application of 1D and 2D photonic crystals in the field of display. Mainly focuses on the application of band gap characteristics and defect characteristics of photonic crystals.
