The task of this article is: To reveal the essence and content of the notion "corporate education"; to identify features of modern corporate education models; to develop classification of corporate education types and forms and to give their theoretical distifying. The research is based on a comparative approach, which allows to identify the features of the models, types and forms of corporate education suitable for their use according to socio-economic conditions and the enterprises needs in their employees training. The study reveals the main point of such corporate education models as problem-oriented, complementary, displacing, innovative, personality-oriented, informational-consultative, metacognitive, multiplication, leader, corporate education and corporate competition models, which exist in corporate training practice. The main focus is made on the theoretical justification of types and forms of specialists' corporate education in modern enterprises and on the development of their classification at the local, scale, time purpose peculiarities of which are disclosed in the presented types and forms of corporate training. Their kinds and forms selection in corporate training process is resulted from socio-economic and organizational-pedagogical conditions of enterprises to implement their staff training. The classification of types and forms of corporate training can be useful for teaching and methodical centers of the enterprises in their personnel in-house training organization and planning, for training centers and workers, specialists and enterprises and organizations managers training, as well as for researchers, who is involved in structural and systemic analysis of corporate education problems. On the effectiveness of companies corporate training does not affect chaotic using of the presented forms and types as of in-company, so of out-of company training, but their system integrity and consequent combination.
The modern condition of mentoring, which revived its traditions in conditions of information technology and intellectualization of modern enterprises is presented in the article. The meaning of such notions as a coach, mentor, intern, mentoring activities, corporate training, mentors and trainees professional cooperation peculiarities is revealed, selected types of mentoring on the content of activities and time characteristics are outlined and mentoring benefits are identified. The scope of the article's results application covers the practice of mentors corporate training, practice of mentors and trainees interaction, as well as the results obtained can be used in the development of modern provisions on mentoring.
The article deals with the historical and legal study of the emergence and development of privatization relations in Russia. Specifically historical experience clearly demonstrates that the optimally chosen form of ownership largely determines the stability of the state and the effectiveness of its economic policy. The authors study the issues of the beginning of the privatization processes, the stages of privatization provides an analysis of the main regulatory legal acts regulating the privatization processes in various historical periods. The objective of the presented historical and legal research is the formation of a comprehensive scientific understanding of the emergence and development of legal regulation of privatization relations in Russia in various historical periods. This objective predetermined the choice of tasks that must be solved in the research process: to determine the moment of the beginning of the privatization processes in Russia; describe the main stages of privatization in Russia; to analyze the regulatory legal acts regulating the privatization processes at various stages; and identify trends in the legal regulation of privatization processes at the present stage. As a result of the study, the authors concluded that the privatization that took place in Russia at the end of the XX and beginning of the XXI centuries was a process of redistribution of public property in the interests of private individuals.

The objective of the research is the analysis of the problem of higher legal education in the context of uncertainty of the modern social and cultural space, processes of the widespread standardization of the educational environment, development of the strictly informational and cognitive and formatted thinking. The methodological base of the research is the universal, general scientific and specific scientific cognitive methods used by the legal science in the object-subject scope of cognition of the general theory of law. Besides, some synthetic, integrative methods of research are used that are part of the methodology of interdisciplinarity, actual for the modern socio-humanistic science. The result of the research is the grounded author’s legal position of the advisability of the personal self-development of a student as well as a teacher without whom the obtaining of the qualitative higher legal education seems problematic and also the performing of the professional legal activity in the moral legal direction. The authors also prove that the formation and development of the modern legal consciousness and legal culture of the lawyer shall be based upon the universal and generally accepted ideas of the significance of personal rights and freedoms, postulated during the course of education as well as by the personal development. The novelty of the paper is this problem statement that was not expressed before by the scientists as the subject of research.
